--PROLOGUE--
Suicide. Not once had the word meant a thing to me. Sure, when someone feels bad enough that they consider, or do, kill themselves, that's terrible, but for me? Suicide meant nothing.
Meant.
Before Christmas, I was really enjoying my life, it felt like summer, and summer was good. The only thing wrong with it all was that there was a piece of me stuck in London, and I was wasting away without it.
That piece of me? Her name was Lila Grace.
At one point, she was my whole world. I was in love with her, and couldn't breathe when she wasn't around. When she was away from me, all I wanted to do was hold her, run my fingers through her silky brown hair. When I looked into her beautiful, full green eyes almost identical to my own, I felt at peace with the world.
Lila Grace was my heaven on earth.
