The class was over finally! Me and ray had our classes and we started walking to the library to read some books because we know they would definitely make us work.
" Let's get some coffee first I feel like I am going to fall asleep after that class" I said sleepy after the boring class
" Was waiting for you to say it " She said as they walked towards the cafe
We got our coffe and we were walking back got the campus when I got a message from cleo
" Hey I got a message from cleo, did they find out we bought drinks without them??! " I said to ray as I got her message
" Highly likely since it is cleo" She said making me look around if they are spying us from somewhere
I opened the message but it was.. Weird..?the words were not how it's supposed to be all of them are clipped off
" Why'd she message gibberish..? What is this some alien language that thru made that I'm not aware of?? " I said as I showed it to ray
" ' trending vedio ,hate us mask man'" She read out the message
We both looked at each other obviously because she send the message in some other language clearly
" Wowww, she's going off with her history class , I guess she learned about ancient Hyroglyphics..? " I said as this was not English at all
" Mask man....? And trending vedio?? What does she mean.? " Ray said confused
" Mask man.... " I thought of something but it was not clear if we wanted to know what it is we have to go to them
" I think deciphering her little alien language is not gonna do anything, I think we have to go to them , I definitely don't think cleo is asking for a drink " I said as we started walking to the ballroom
We looked around for them as soon as we reached the ballroom. There was no one except the girls in the distance decorating the hall.
" They look.... Normal..? " I said as I looked at them minding their own business
" Well we will never know unless we go to them " Ray said as we both walked to them
" Hey guys!...What are you guys upto" Ray said since they wouldn't look at us considering the fact cleo can sense everyone especially me
The three girls looked at us the same time staring us down in a weird way as they came down looking definitely not normal.
" Hey. " Paige said while everyone took a seat for themselves
" Uhhh hi..? " I said as they looked at us in a weird manner
" What did you, you know text about the uh viral vedio " ray asked creeped out looking at cleo
"Oh. It's about the vedio!! He said how great being a vortex is!!they are the real heroes!! " Cleo said excited... Overly excited
" Haha... Guys what are you talking about??.. Is this a joke?.. " Ray said looking at me and us both laughing awkwardly at their serious faces
"Joke..? We are really serious... I don't think I have been more serious in my life... " Caitlin said looking at us in the eye
We looked at each other not knowing what's the heck to do at this point and staring us down
" You should watch the vedio " Paige said
" Vedio..? " I said tilting my head confused
