The unwanted creature

running, heart-beating so fast, sprinting for my life, when will it end? 

"Abby, your friends are here!" my mum says. "coming!" 

"hey girl, haven't seen you for ages!" Lily says putting her huge bags on the floor. 

"Uhm, hello did you forget about me?" Tommy says while reaching for his other bag to bring inside. "haha, no Tommy, how could anyone forget you?" I say while rolling my eyes with a smirk. "are we ready to go?" Tommy says while letting out a huge sigh of relief. "uh, Tommy you just got here?" Sarah says while grabbing her bags out of the car trunk. 

"Sarah!" I shout in excitement. "how have you been?" Sarah asked while giving me a big warm hug. "terrible, I hate my new school but I'll tell you more when we go upstairs without my mum hearing everything." I say while side-eyeing my mum giving her the hint to go. "I guess it's my time to go, have fun you kids, and don't get into too much trouble!" my mum says while hugging me and kissed on the way out. 

"Alright, what should we do?" Tommy says while grabbing his bags.  We all go upstairs while Tommy grabs his 2 bags. "Tommy, what do you think you're doing!" I shout. "having fun?" Tommy says while grabbing Achol out of his bag. "yeah, let us live a little bit mum!" Sarah says while laughing and grabbing some more bottles out of his bag. "ok well I'm not drinking since I'm driving." I say. "suit yourself." Tommy says while sipping the vodka out of the bottle straight. 

"Hello, pass it over!" Lily says annoyed. "I swear you guys always forget about me!" Lily says in frustration.  "sorry Lily, speak up next time." Sarah says harshly while rolling her eyes. 

it gave me flashbacks of when Lily was around hanging out with us and some guys offered us some hard drugs, we all said no but Lily didn't respond. "ah look at you, I bet you would want to try them." one of the men said. Lily didn't reply. "I'll take that as a yes then." the man said. They light a spoon with some sort of drug on it, and they force Lily to take it but she refuses, i try to help her but she runs away. "can't run away from us!" they say.  they crept up from behind her while she was in the alleyway hiding. "ha, you stupid girl." the man said. they grab her arms while the other man puts duct tape over her mouth, they take her to the van covered in black spray paint and tape. they pin her down in the back of the van while they force them to burn her. A few hours later of torcher they let her out with a slap on the ass, so creepy, I wish I was there to help her. later that night she came home with burns all over her upper thighs, we all asked the next day what happened to her but she just said that she spilled hot water on herself, until a month later she told me only what happened since she didn't trust anyone else since she isn't as close with Tommy and has a few issues with Sarah. 

"Abby, Abby, you there?" Tommy says while waving his hand in my face. " yeah just zoned out for a bit." I say trying to forget what I just remembered about Lily. I take a look a look a Lily asking in lips sync if she's okay, she just smiled at me and then lip-synced yes. I felt warm-hearted inside when I saw her smile form on her face. 

"Alright, do you think we should hit the road?" Tommy asked. "good idea Tommy. I say while grabbing my bags down the stairs. "a little help wouldn't hurt?" I say while grunting. "here why don't I help since no one else will." Sarah said. we all grab a few bags while carrying them downstairs, Tommy grabs his 3 bags and chucks them in the boot of the car, and Lily then grabs her 2 bags and chucks them in Sarah grabs her 4 bags and puts them in following me putting all of the rest in.  "good, we have everything, now let's go on the road!" I say with excitement. 

we all get in the car and start to head to the airport. "guys this is boring want to switch the mood up a bit." Sarah says. "yes please. " says Tommy grabbing his bag full of games to play. "Tommy what is that?" Sarah asked. "my game collection just in case something so boring like this happens. "ow also this isn't boring." I say while sighing. a couple of hours went by and were at the airport.
