Alexandra POV
Ahhh how wonderful Damon knows I'm here so soon Stefan will come to know of my unexpected arrival. Sigh.
While I was wallowing in my own self imposed misery I hadn't noticed Rebekkah come into the room until she annoyingly pushed me.
"What the hell Rebekkah", I shouted
"Oh calm down Alexandra, what's got you in this horrible mood?", Rebekkah asked while lounging on one of the expensive leather chairs which Nik brought.
"She just met Damon Salvatore her ex lover", another voice which was recognised as Katherine who had a smug smile on her lips.
Before I could launch off into a lecture, Rebekkah cut me off with a loud sigh, "What are you doing here", Rebekkah asked getting up
"What does it look like Becky, Alex is my best friends we are practically sisters", Katherine fumed.
Oh no here comes trouble , I could tell that Katherine had hit a nerve with Rebekkah
"Practically sisters does not mean sisters, Alexandra is my blood not yours do you understand", Rebekkah was now nearly about to lose control.
After what Rebekkah said I knew whatever Katherine would say or do would no longer be a little joke.
" Where were you when she needed you?! Where were you when Alex was in trouble?! Where were you when she...", Katherine wasn't able to finish that sentence as in that moment I found my voice
"Katherine", my voice filled with authority and made both Katherine and Rebekkah stop.
Katherine almost as if snapping out of a trance shared eye contact with me and silently apologised to which I nodded my head. Katherine left immediately and I let out a deep sigh that was close I thought.
"What was close?",Rebekkah asked
Shoot maybe I said that out loud, I completely forgot Rebekkah was still here. Rebekkah had her eyes trained on me she knew there was something going on.
"Nothing Rebekkah you know how Katherine is", I said as I zoomed away from further questions which I knew were coming. How was I gonna escape this..
