*Kats POV*
When I got dressed and ate I went outside to feed the horses n pigs while Dad fed the other animals.
When I got to the barn to feed Oreo my horse she was still asleep and that's weird but I thought nothing of it she was just tired. When I got done feeding Ginger,Cookie,Shadow and Oreo I went and told Dad about Oreo he said she is probably just tired so I went on and fed the pigs there was 4 Peanut, Bacon, Skittles and Kit they were up and ready to be fed.
When I got done feeding them I went to check on Oreo and she was still asleep so I told Dad we had to call the vet to make sure everything I was ok.
Dad called the vet n she came over to check Oreo and she said Oreo was pregnant and she was getting ready to have the baby. The vet said I will have to stay and watch her to make sure she is ok. The vet asked me if this was her first time having a baby I said ya and she said well I will be here all day then.
*After the baby horse was born*
"No No No she can't die she is my brave Oreo she can't"
"I am sorry its either her die to have the baby or we will have to cut the baby out but then she still might die"
Dad talked to me and said either waybwe do this Oreo is gonna die. I can't loose her she is my brave girl and I can't loose her she is my best friend and she always knows how to make me feel better when I am down.
"Ok do what you have to do to help my Oreo have her baby"
"Ok would u guys step out please"
"No if my Oreo is gonna die I wanna be here with her"
"Ok"
After everything my Oreo was gone and she had a baby girl just like her n I named her after her mother Oreo dad told me we was gonna burrie Oreo now and he needed help.
After we buried her I went to my room and cried for what felt like hours and I didn't know what to do I just wanted Sam here with me.
Dad said he called Sam n he was on his way over. When Sam got here he huged me and said he was sorry for not being here with me and I told him it was fine.
After awhile I got calmed down and Sam went home and after that day I took a hot shower n went to bed and thought about Oreo and all the memories we had.
Sorry this chapter is sad but it gets better in the next few chapters.
