I was shocked at what Louis had just asked me to do. I looked at Harry who was all shits and giggles about it but then I looked at Niall. I knew what his pissed off face looked like and the face he had now was that times 10. I always do dares even when I did have to kiss someone but this time was different because I had feelings for Niall.
"Uhh I don't know Louis" I quietly said
"Why are you chicken?" Louis said a little annoyed at the fact that I was hesitant.
I looked back at Niall whose face was still showed how pissed he was. His hands formed a fist like he was about ready to punch Louis in the face. I turned my head back to the group but what I didn't expect to happen was as I turned my head my lips were met with those that belonged to Harry's. The kiss was rough and his lips weren't soft. I didn't kiss Harry back. I pushed him off me and ran up to the bathroom were the tears began to fall.
**Niall's POV**
"I dare you to kiss Harry" Louis said to Katie as her dare
Why? The boys knew I had feelings for her so why did Louis have to go and do that. I know that Katie and I have been friends for 15 years now and when your friends with someone that long you risk that loss of a friendship if you date then breakup. But that was a risk I was willing to take. I don't just like her, I'm in love with her. She's everything to me. I need her to be my princess and I will get her one of these days.
I watched has Harry sneak attack kissed her. It nearly killed me. Why did it have to be kissing my princess? Why couldn't it have been me? I felt a little better because Katie didn't kiss her back but when I saw her run to the bathroom on the verge of tears I just wanted to break down and cry. We all heard the bathroom door shut and locked.
"I'll go check on her" Liam offered but I stopped him
"No I will!" I quickly said before I was up and headed for the bathroom.
I quietly knocked on the door.
"Katie, it's Niall please open up"
I heard the door unlock and there stood my beautiful best friend who I was secretly in love with. She had been crying because her face was all puffy and red.
"What?" she whispered
I walked into the bathroom and locked the door again.
"Why are you crying princess?"
"Honestly I don't know. I'm sorry" Katie said now looking me in the eyes
"Why are you sorry? You didn't do anything wrong" I some what lied just cause I wanted it to be me that she kissed
"I didn't want to kiss Harry because I couldn't"
"I why is that?" I asked because I needed to know if she had feelings for me
"Because Niall... I....I...I.... I like someone and i feel like I'm in some way cheating on them even though we aren't together" Katie finally said with tears starting up in her eyes again
"Hey! Don't be like that! Whoever this person is that you like I'm sure that they would love to be with you and if they don't then they are missing out big time!" I told her I was really hoping this person she likes was me but it was hard to figure out.
"Thanks Nialler " Katie said as she smiled and wiped her tears away from her eyes.
I stood up and helped her up. I pulled her in for a big hug and I kissed the top of her head.
"Anytime princess" I told her. When I first started calling Katie princess is when I knew I had feelings for her but I told her it was just another nickname for her even though it was much more than that.
"Lets get back to the game" i told her. She nodded her head in agreement and we made our way back to the living room where the rest of the lads sat. The rest of the game, I hope goes better...
