Introduction
Mantra is a belief, believing in oneself. Seeking Mantra or developing it requires knowledge of oneself. By knowledge, I refer to studying yourself. The dynamism of Mantra is further explained in the six modules preceded.
Self Discovery
Self discovery entails learning oneself. Unveiling one's abilities, qualities or characteristics. With self discovery, importantly , a key focus is not only on who you are but why you are. Self discovery can be reached through exposure, that is, exposure to extremities in life. One truly discovers oneself by not only going through an extremity, but taking note of the extremity, how it happened, why it happened and how it impacted their self image.
Self Extraction
Self extraction refers to harnessing the most out of oneself's potential. In practice, self extraction is a process of looking within oneself, such as a gaze in the mirror. The primary objective of achieving self extraction is aspiration. What is it you want out of your existence. Once aspired, one begins to develop ideologies in sync with one's true self. Once these ideologies are tapped into, one may begin to extract.
Immersion
Immersion is utilising the energy of oneself. It can be achieved by the conversion of energy within oneself. To immerse oneself's energy, effort colluded with enthusiasm is required.
Balance
Balance is the constant weighting of energy. The balancing of the immersion of energy. Controlling your energy conversion.
Visualisation
Visualisation is the practice of location of previous experiences in a mental map. It may be practiced by imagination. It can be enhanced by its frequency.
Individuality
Individuality is a state of self realisation. Acknowledging your presence within a space. One may reach this state by completion of of the 4 prior modules. To be individual involves knowing what is in one's control and what is out of their control. To reach individuality, one needs to have their surroundings in mind.
