Bio: Max was a normal kid throughout the 1990's. He performed in plays, played video games, and did well in school. He even found a girlfriend, all be it, not a conventional one. However, when he attended a 1920's themed party, he was shot in the back of the head. He joined the Vees in the early 2000s and now is working with the Princess of Hell on her Hazbin Hotel, much to his disinterest.
Powers:
Summon: He can summon any video game character via them crawling through the screen. (Think like the Ring or what Vox does when he gets a call from Velvette) They will have the same powers and weaknesses in the game, with the main backlash being that Virus has to know the lore and/or play the game itself.
Tablet: Since his fingers aren't attached to his hands, he can transform the three fingers into a tablet, with the thumb being a form of stylus. So, during meetings, he'll record everything, be it for blackmail, or to get a check on information he might've missed.

Teleportation: Much like Vox, he can use different electronics to teleport to different rooms. However, he is unable to teleport to different floors and a place without modern technology. Hence why he cannot teleport to and from the Hazbin Hotel

Electronic device synchronizing: Again, much like Vox, he can plug himself into other devices with the help of cables. However, if not careful, malware can enter his system and he'll need to defrag for a while. (This has become less of a problem today, but he hated doing this in the 90's)
Weaknesses: Due to his head being a computer, it can be easily broken with a swift punch and him being new to Hell and inexperienced with fighting makes him rely more on outside sources.
