Ruin was in the Fazcade, around all the broken arcade machines. He knew EXACTLY how to fix them. And he could in 2 minutes. But he also couldn't, he couldn't risk it. They needed to think he was stupid. They needed to think he was trustworthy, and incapable.
That was his mission. To keep every single one of them in the dark, and to cover up him and The Creator's tracks.

He was doing a fairly good job at it, Moon suspected him a bit.. But after he let him search his memory, Moon no longer suspected him! He was completely off the hook it seemed. Now, he just needed to wait for the plan to come to motion.

That's when The Creator entered the Fazcade, in his little gray body thing. (idk man) Ruin was a bit surprised, but brushed it off.

“What are you doing here?” He asked.

The Creator approached him, “Hello, Ruin. I'm just here to give you an assignment.”

Ruin crossed his arms, “Haven't I done enough? I covered your tracks, and I rebuilt Eclipse while simultaneously acting innocent and stupid.”

The Creator smiled, but it wasn't a happy smile- it was more of a manipulative one, like he was belittling him. “You're going to do as I tell you if you want what I have for you.”

He sighed, “Fine.”

The Creator continued, “I need you to get close to one of them, anyone will do. Just make them trust you, trust you enough to tell you they're plans. Trust you enough to let you in. That should be simple, hm?”

Ruin contemplated it for a moment, before realizing he didn't have much of a choice, “Alright, I'll do it.”

“Perfect.” The Creator said, before disappearing, presumably back to his laboratory.

Ruin stood there for a moment, then he started to walk around thinking… Who could he get information from?

Then it clicked, Solar. Solar would be perfect. He's the only one that didn't suspect Ruin. He was the only one to treat him fairly in the beginning. He'd be the easiest target.

So, Ruin made his way over to parts and services- to see if he was in there.. Since, that's where he tended to spend a lot of time.

Ruin entered the room, not seeing Solar at first, “Solar, hellooooo– you in here?” He called out.

Solar then peeped out from a corner, he was wiping his hands with a cloth, he had his goggles and everything on.

He looked at Ruin, placing the cloth down. “Hey, Ruin. What brings you in here?”

Ruin put on his normal exterior, to hide what was really happening. “Oh, nothing. I was just a bit bored, since everyones went home for the night– Y'know?”

Solar let out a yawn. “That makes sense, I guess.”

Ruin noticed that. Solar didn't tend to sleep much, he was always awake, busy working on something or other. “You don't have to tire yourself out. There's nothing wrong with taking a break.” Ruin said, in a comforting voice..

“No, it's fine. We're animatronics, do we really even need to sleep?” Solar shrugged the comment off.

“It couldn't hurt to.” Ruin replied.

“Look, I appreciate you being concerned, but what I do isn't for you to be concerned about.” Solar sighed, pushing back his goggles with his hand.

“Why isn't it?” Ruin insisted, “We're… Friends aren't we?”

He was quiet for a moment, before continuing. “There's nothing wrong with being concerned for a friend, right?” Ruin smiled at him warmly.

The atmosphere of the room shifted, and became more uncomforting with that statement.

“I mean, I never really considered us friends. More acquaintances.” Solar shrugged again, saying it in an awkward tone.

“Ouch.” Ruin muttered underneath his breath, before returning to his normal voice, “Whatever we are, you still need sleep… And I'm not leaving until you agree.” He leaned against the wall and crossed his arms.

Solar let out another yawn, “That's childish.”

“Well, I don't care.” He said, tapping his foot on the ground.

Solar facepalmed, before groaning. “Fine, fine, fine.” He complained, he raised his arms defensively.

Ruin smiled slightly, feeling proud of himself.

If Solar fell asleep, he could investigate the room.

Solar did end up falling asleep at his desk, with a blanket around him.

Ruin had planned to search the room, but ended up falling asleep not too far from him.
