Hey guys! I just want to say that this book was a 12:00am impulse but at least it might help someone. This is just a book so people struggling with mental health, physical health, bullying, and anything else can vent to without being judged.

I'm friends with people struggling with mental health and I know that sometimes it's hard to tell people that life isn't good. This is a safe space, and if things are really bad, private chat me, I'm awake way too late.

I just want to make people feel better somehow, even if it is to simply let off steam or tell people how you feel to get it out. I may vent here too, I'll add a chapter for me to vent just cus why not.

I might also add in some things to do if you are struggling with something, like hobbies or things to manage it

People from all religions, sexualities, genders, countries and ages are to be respected and I will NOT tolerate any bullying or any mean behaviour. Swearing about YOUR life is ok, but do not make fun of others.
