"You speak as if you've become Madam Manoban." Kai harrumphed coldly. "You're in no position to laugh at me."

He hated that, despite having the surname 'Manoban', his wife would not be addressed as 'Madam Manoban'.

Somi was provoked into anger by his words. "Kai. you're truly the Manoban family's good-for-nothing! With my status, I'm no longer who I was before. I'm the Lee Group's only successor. "He left for a moment." Jennie wasn't clear what he had left for. She noticed that Somi had changed into a different, green dress. "You changed your dress?"

"I'm so sorry for the earlier incident. If I had known, I wouldn't have worn the same style of dress as you did." She disdained wearing the same dress as a woman of a lower status than hers. This would only lower her own noble position.

Jennie responded calmly. "It doesn't matter. You know this as well. It is not about our clothes. Instead... in the Manoban family, you simply don't have the power to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with me."
