Rut medicine: they don't get rut, they get heat . In which if a alpha mates with them , they get pregnant with their pups.
Gender: they have both male and female omegas.
Mate: only male alphas .
Special case of male omegas :

They are most rare omegas and the most powerful species after true blood Alpha.
They're very fragile yet powerful.
They're are very less number of male omegas.
In past few centuries, they're is no trace of male omega .
