Prologe

Prolgue

I finally did it; I got away from my old life. I was moving to a new town to live with my brother Vincent. I didn't know much about him since he ran away from home was I was just born but he recently came back to my life when I was sixteen. We started talking in secrecy. Even though we reunited, I have some hate toward him for leaving me. He was the only other person who knew what our parents did to us. The horrible events that lay in our past is our deepest secret. He wanted to help me out of this hell hole so he made a deal with me. At first I was uneasy at what he wanted me to do but I slowly warmed up to the idea.

"Once you are done with being treated like this come live with me. I live in a small town named Wood Lind. It's beautiful and peaceful here, and on top of that you get a new start. " Vincent said with so much excitement.

I looked away from his intriguing eyes. I knew he was doing his puppy dog face which I could never say no to.

"Fine. I'll come live with you."

He was right. I should have a fresh start. I should have never had to deal with my worthless parents anymore. The drunks who were suppose to love and adore me yet put me through hell and back.They may be the people who gave birth to me, but ever since I was able to walk and talk they treated me like I was dirt under their feet. They have as much respect from me as as much respect America gave Osama Bin Laden. I may want them dead but I will always have space for them in my heart, despite the horrible and ugly past they created for me.
