She was implying that Jennie only had the abilities to please Lisa in bed.

Jennie naturally had no trouble understanding this. But she did not get upset.

Instead, she brought a folded newspaper out of her back and showed the crowd one of the pages. "Somi won the third prize in this company, didn't she?"

"So, you know about it. Yes, that's the one." Xiao Aiting immediately nodded. "It's time you admitted your defeat."

Jennie placed the newspaper on the bonnet of her car. "Everyone, please take a good look. Although the headline says that Somi won the third place, the truth is that it was the company she worked at, Xing Feng Fashion Company, which participated in the competition along with fifteen other fashion companies from the city centre to try and win the third place. Of course, I agree that this also requires some level of capability. Afterwards, 'Xing Feng' submitted her design to an international design competition. But she did not win the third prize. Journalists these days sure are willing to write headlines carelessly to draw in readers."

Somi's expression was slightly poor and Xiao Aiting immediately jumped in to protect her. "There's a chance that Miss Manoban will win a prize in the international competition."

"There is a time difference in the two countries but the result from the international competition has just been released. Unfortunately, Miss Manoban's design did not win any award." Jennie tapped on her phone and revealed the results for the competition.

Somi smiled. "It's alright. The process is more important than the result."

Xiao Aiting demanded in anger. "Jennie, what's wrong with you? It's none of your business that Somi participated in the competition. Do you have to tear her face down in front of a crowd?"

The group of employees around them did not express their opinion. Silence was gold.

Jennie smiled coldly. "Are you the only one allowed to boast in front of others? I'll return your question from earlier. What's wrong with me telling everyone the truth?"

"You!" Xiao Aiting was left speechless. "Somi is the only successor of the outstanding Lee Group. You'll never be able to compete against her."

This time, the agreement on everyone's faces was also clear. They simply chose to remain silent.

Jennie also noticed their secretly pleased expressions.

It was likely that there were still people who enjoyed talking about how she had become a phoenix after clinging onto the right tree branch. "I have no intention of arguing about this. After all, everyone dreams of having a good background. No one has the right to choose the circumstances to which they are born. But the hard work we put in after, can change a lot of things. Likewise, I haven't taken anything from Lisa. I love him dearly and there is no way I would take anything from him. Soon, you will all understand this. Work will begin in 10 minutes. Let's stop crowding around here."

Everyone checked the time and immediately began running towards the lounge on the first floor.

"All you can do is talk big. If you have the ability, bring out some proper accomplishments." Xiao Aiting shot her a mocking look and rushed to leave.

"Miss Kim, I didn't expect the Sheng Shi Group to have such a sharp-mouthed employee." A hint of apology appeared on Somi's face. "Although my birth is above yours, I never thought to use it to suppress you. Please don't be offended."

"You didn't even release a fart when everyone was gathering around us. All you did was silently enjoy the attention. There's no need to act as a hypocrite right now." Jennie could not be bothered to deal with her. She turned and headed for the Sheng Shi Group's office building.

She stepped through the revolving doors and made her way through the extravagant lounge.

The employees' lifts were flooded and there was a crowd of people queuing for it. Some of the employees had chosen to take the stairs.

The lift meant for the upper management on the left, however, was completely empty.
