Pembrate Broker Wilson was the single most richest man in the world. He lived in a 17 floored mansion right in the middle of Lenox Hill, the richest part of New York City. Pembrate was the son of the most successful entrepreneur, Hight Broker Wilson. Hight had established the world's most incredible IT Firm ever created. He had started his life in NYC with a $100 bill, and had ended his life with a $100,000,000,000,000 bill. Pembrate did not know a thing about IT. He had just inherited it from his dead father. When Pembrate wanted breakfast, seven maids would tend to him, at lunch 14 maids would tend to him, and at dinner, 7 maids, and 14 butlers would tend to him. It was truly the sweet life. For the past couple of months now, Pembrate had invested a $100,000,000,000; only a tenth of his bank account, into constructing a 12 acre company building located near the Upper East Side of NYC. What Pembrate did not know, being his ignorant self, was that New York had just passed a new law called the Builders Law. This law stated that the person or group of people who sponsored the construction of the new building, would have to keep their bank accounts under lock down till the building was built. It was from this law being passed that Pembrate's story begun.
