♪"Secrets I've held in my heart"♪

As the realisation hits him, his finger jammed and stopped in its place as his hand trembles. His lip quivered in shock and sadness as soon the thought hits his mind that she is just a...soul. the love of his life didn't existed?

Byeol's steps came to halt with the music. She didn't panted like she was not dancing hard just a second ago and keeps her gaze low like she wanted it to happen, like she planned this until Jungwon stood up and with shaky legs he went towards her, stepping slowly, his footsteps sound were the only thing audible in the room. He stops in front of her and breathes deeply before releasing a shaky breathe.

"Byeol...look at me" he demanded in a cold yet heartbroken voice.

The girl who just opened up her secret slowly gazed up and met the eyes her love who always wondered that how could such angelic eyes can exist? And he realised that the angelic eyes... really never did existed.

"Is it--"

"Yes Jungwon. It's true. I'm not alive. I'm just...a soul. My grandfather didn't died with cancer. I died with him." her hazel eyes made eye contact with his chocolate brown teary eyes as she spitted out her truth. The truth that ached her heart to the last.

"Why did you do that? Why did you lie? Why did you acted like you will stay with me forever? Why didn't you told me sooner? Why did you....made me fall deeply for you?.." he shouted while tearing up until his voice became a whisper at the last.

Byeol's eyes also welled up in tears as she saw him break down in front of her. "I didn't wanted to...i didn't wanted to tell you the truth and break your heart sooner.but sooner or later I had to .I wanted to enjoy my every moment with you until I can no more...I loved you and still do with my whole heart even though it's not alive, but a soul also have the right to love." She closed her eyes for some times letting her tears fall before opening them again and with a smile.

"I love you Yang Jungwon. I loved you before and I will love you always and forever so don't think that i don't because I didn't told you my secret ok?" She wiped his tears with her thumb softly and kissed his forehead.

"I love you too Byeol. Forever and ever" he also smiled between his tears and looked at her dearly for good some time before she decided to break the silence.

"I don't have time right now so I'm gonna explain everything to you" she said and he nodded in response.

"I also met the witch that cursed you" his eyes widened at the mention of another truth and that related to his life.

"When I was young, I fell ill very bad and it was leading me to death. I had very few breathes left in me until a lady wearing a cape approached us in our house where me and my grandfather lived. My parents died when I was 3 and after that my grandfather took me in and raised me. That lady offered my grandpa that she can make me live if he promised something in return and that was, if I die in future then i will live as a soul but I'll have the power to make myself visible and touchable anytime i want that's why I took sometime to be touched because I had to spell something which I don't know when I learned it just got in my mind. And I can pretty feel emotion so I'm like a half alive soul" He was feeling relatable by his story of his grandfather saving her as she continues to give more relatableness.
