Once upon a weary time, in 2091, earth gained infinite energy from a ancient crystal buried beneath the ground. The higher ups on earth decided to call it, The Everlume. The higher ups decided to split and break the crystal into serveral pieces so they could be split into different mass populated places since the range of the crystals is massive, but still limited. This led to scientists harnessing the electricity to make almost like abilities and powers for people there. Those are called Whimsicores, They are medium sized cogs with 2 parallel metal stands in the middle of the cog. in the middle the hole was a small microchip mold, in which if you put the microchip in it made you activate the powers, cool right? You just put the cog to your chest the parts of the cog and the microchip would float right infront of you then slam into your chest and the cog would go around your heart just like that! It would hurt a bit though... not much though seeming it would seep inside your body and touch your veins and arteries... ew. You could also buy your own powers for your whimsicore for a hefty price, almost like a collectible eh? There weren't very many so I guess it's not really worth the collecting... one more thing... As a cost for powers, the Whimsicore would have to partially take your own body energy to power it. But Unfortunately, things like infinite energy and cool powers are all too good to be true, and with the infinite energy came big consequences. Shroudens. Almost like if a trex, a chicken and weird black slimy substance fused together, to make.. uh.. Shroudens. Ok, Let me put this in simple terms the pesky critters swiftly climb into your mouth, go straight into the brain, literally almost hack it instantly, make the part of your brain which does all the movement (the cerebellum)
Apply to the shrouden. Basically whatever the shrouden thinks, you do! your body literally has no choice. Basically if the shrouden decided, "hey I wanna eat some poop in the toilet!" You're forced to do it! That's actually the same reason why 700,000 people died. Hah... Yuck... a sloppy death am I right? I should stop... anyway, yep. Shroudens make you do random stuff. By the way... 3/4 of the population is now dead because of them. Don't worry though, because the bodies are now covered with black slimey goop if that makes you feel any better. What about the other people and the Whimsicores? They hid deep underground. The people and government helped out and eventually almost made a whole different world underground. It's kind of amazing honestly. Also,
Whimsicores soared in price, i dont blame them. But not for Seraphina Stormrider. For her... it was free... Seraphina has 2 big, wide robot arms with 5 tiny metal claws as fingers, almost like if you put 2 massive metal disposable party cups on your hands and put metal claws on it. This happened because of a accident that happened a long time ago... She also has dark blue hair, She wears a black oversized Sweater with a Cute raspberry in the middle since she loves raspberry's so much and she wears a black skirt that almost gets covered by her huge sweater. All she wants is just to go to the surface again, even if it's just for a second, it's basically her only dream. None was allowed to the outside so, she rampaged to the hatch they were all sent down years ago. There surprisingly wasn't much security there. I mean for a deadly creature that can destroy whole populations there were only like. Let's say... 5000 people guarding it? She killed or injured them all since she had a whimsicore called, "static" it means you can have an increased electrical charge in an electrical component, and since she has robot arms that spew out flashy beams of light, electricity and radiation, lets just say... your most likely not surviving that. Anyway I'm going to gary's seafilled funshack now, bye for now then.PRESENT DAY!
"Finally I'm out!" Seraphina cried out. She had to catch her breath for a few minutes, just to take in everything that happened and that she's seeing the outside for the first time in a long time. "Gosh.. so much black... slime?" She whispered to herself. "Must be those shrouden things my friends were talking about..."She slowly strutted around the trashed and abandoned neighbourhood, where the hatch lied. The neighbourhood and literally everything else in the world was covered in a strange black substance, black strings of slime on houses every now and then. "Well... lucky me I didnt die or anything... I should just stop talking to be honest..." She muttered. She heard a faint sound in the dead, slimey bushes nearby. "A shrouden?... already? Dang..." She said. The shrouden seemed to be making some sort of gargling noise of some sort, she couldn't identify it at all. "Well... I guess this is a good time to try out my whimsicore..." She said to herself. "Hm, How does it work again?... Cmon Sera... think!" The shrouden had showed its body and it was manipulating a seemingly recent decapitated person. "Yuck! What is that?, ah I'm gonna puke!" She yelled, while holding in the noodles she ate yesterday. The mauled, levitating, (from the substance) gooey body moved at her swiftly, but Seraphina seemed almost paralysed from head to toe. "Whimsicore just activate..." She whimpered, as she stuck out her big robot hand. Suddenly a huge beam of light came out her hands and sort of formed a hand with the beam of light it created, clutching and restricting the body from movement mid air. Blue, virtual cogs surrounded her and the hand. "What in the...?" She was mesmerised at the sight, she couldn't stop staring at all. The struggling, almost unidentifiable creature wiggled around, trying to desperately break free. "I think I've got much to learn about this, whimsicore..." She says while still gazing upwards. The hand suddenly jolted and crushed the body with all its might. "Woah!"
She yelled awkwardly. The hand wiggled about for a moment while being sucked back into her robot hands. "Wow. What just happe-"
Before Seraphina could say anything, she heard heavy, loud footsteps nearby from around the corner. "Oh what the hell now?!" She shouted angrily. Abruptly, a medium sized wave of water came from around the corner. "What? How?-" all of a sudden, far away, an all black creature, almost like a man, with blue circle eyes, a giant anchor attached to his arm and a bigish captain hat. "Should I be scared or..?" Seraphina said to herself. The creature just gave her a irritated glance, then it said something in an muffled, underwater type voice, "Archeon." it said. Then it walked off with his head down, still making the ground partially crack when it stepped. "First of all... what was that? Second, why did he say, uhm, what was it... ah... Archeon? Third of all, are there different variants of these Shroudens? Fourthily, If that's how you say it or whatever... that thing looked powerful... I need to get more intel about that. But overall, this is confusing as hell." She mumbled, still frightened and confused by the incident. "Well I'm going to call it a day here... but I'm going to need a place to stay and food to eat... plus there no way I'm going back to the underground because I'll probably get a life sentence or somthing like that." She said. "Also... seems like I know nothing about this new world so I'm going to have to have a sort of logbook or something..." Seraphina uttered. "Right! I'm forgetting the task at hand! Destroy the everlume! Gosh, so much has happened today..."
Seraphina strutted into a nearby goofied house and walked straight in, since the door was hacked off. She went upstairs and decided to take a nap in a bed inside the house. "I'm so hungry right now... there's no food... ugh... God, just send me to sleep now, please..." Seraphina laid for a while and jolted up out of the half broken bed, halted and stared at the wall for a moment. "Wait! What am I thinking!? That thing with the anchor is my only way of surviving right now!" Seraphina jumped out of the bed and ran straight out of the room like it was Christmas Day, and slammed the door shut as fast as she could behind her.To be continued...
