The TV clicked on, and the film resumed from where it had been left off. The investigator shivered, remembering the day he had seen this live on TV.

Never did he think he would be the one chosen to be involved with this case... nor was he sure that he wanted to be.

Reporter: "Good evening, young man. Can you share with us why you've kept your true identity hidden for so long?"

Boy: "Well, it's not easy, you know? People expect you to be one thing, but inside, I'm something different. I'm scared that if I tell them, they won't understand. They might treat me differently, or worse, they might not want me anymore."

Reporter: "Do you think your family would react negatively if they knew the truth?"

Boy: "I'm not sure. They've been so kind to me, but I can't shake this fear that everything will change if they find out. I don't want to lose them."

Reporter: "What about your friends at school? Have you ever considered telling them?"

Boy: "I've thought about it, but I'm afraid they'll think I'm weird or that I don't belong. It's hard enough fitting in as it is, you know? I don't want to make things even harder for myself."

Reporter: "Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. It sounds like you're carrying a heavy burden. Is there anything you'd like to say to others who might be going through something similar?"

Boy: "I guess I would just say, don't be afraid to be yourself, even if it's scary. And if you need someone to talk to, don't hesitate to reach out. You're not alone."
