Arata POV
Everything....is.....spinning.....what....happening......? I was enjoying a ride back with Penguin Logistics....until an explosion rocked the entire van......ugh....my head...vision......& my ears are ringing.....
"Doc- get-up!" yelled a muffled voice through the chaos
Someone is speaking to me.....or are they yelling at me-
*KA-BOOM*
"Leader!!!! Are you okay!!?? Please wake up!" yelled Exusiai with a worried expression
"ARGHHH!!! WHO HAS THE BALLS TO ATTACK ME & MY CREW!!!!!?? HUH!!!!!" roared Emperor as he fired shots from his gun at the individual attacking us
I think I'm regaining all my senses......we're under attack from what seems to be a lone individual......I need to send out a signal to operators via PRTS so they hopefully reach us in time before things get worse.....
"Doctor!!! Watch out!!!!" yelled Texas as she rushed over to tackle me to protect from an incoming shot coming from the rooftop but.....
*KA-BOOM*
Texas didn't reach me in time.... the blast landed directly in front of my feet which rocked the entire road we were on & sent everyone flying in different directions. Everyone was sent flying in different directions.... Since they are well trained operators they'll be fine.....but I won't be alright....
Third-Person POV
Like Arata thought, he instantly crashed through an abandoned apartment's window. But one thing Arata managed to do was at least send out a signal on PRTS before the blast hit him & Penguin Logistics.
Meanwhile On The Rooftops....
"Tch. Looks like I need to play cat & mouse with that Doctor. I'm gonna make sure he's dead & buried! Look out Doc!!! Hehehehehehehehehehe!!!!" laugh W manicaly as she leaped from the building to chase after Doctor Arata
Somewhere else is not far from Arata's Location.....
"Baws!!! Are you okay!" yelled Croissant as with a worried expression as she picked Emperor off the ground from where they crashed landed on
"Argh!! Don't go crying on me, Croissant! You managed to shield me before we crashed landed where ever here is." said Emperor with an annoyed tone of voice while he dusted himself off
"I think we're in one of the abandoned apartment complexes that Chief Wei shut down due to something about the infected that were living here." said Croissant with curious expression while she readied her shield & hammer
"Great...we're in another area of Lungmen where Chief Wei screwed up! Alright, let's find the Doc & meet up with-" said Emperor with a serious expression until another voice cut him off
"Where is Arata? Red is worried for him." said Projekt Red with a serious expression with her knifes as the ready
"GAH!!!" yelled Emperor in surprised as he fell flat on his back while Croissant got into a battle stance
But before things could escalate any further, a lone black feline jumps from the sky & crashes between Croissant & Projekt Red.
"Whoa whoa! Calm down! We're with Rhodes Island. I'm Blaze, Guard Class! What happened to Arata!?" yelled Blaze with a serious expression with her chainsaw weapon drawn
But before Croissant or Emperor could explain the situation, that was when the rest of Penguin Logistics jumped in with other Rhodes Operators in tow. The Operators that finally came to Penguin Logistics & Arata's aid are Ansel, Jessica, Indra, Siege, & Amiya.
