Amber puts some finishing touches on Adrien's hat as Pollen watches the news.

"Tonight, the Grand Palais hosts the most eagerly awaited event of the year! The sensational fashion show of the famous designer Gabriel Agreste! And a major event always brings prestigious guests: Mayor of Paris, André Bourgeois, is expected to attend the show with his wife, the great and highly respected fashion queen-"

"My Queen, it's perfect the way it is!" Pollen reassures.

"Oh, Pollen, I don't know..." the brunette trails off, "This could be the start of a fashion designing career. I'm already pretty well known because of my movies. But I know other celebrities like Jagged Stone, Clara Nightingale, and Miss Chapelle. I'm so nervous! Especially with Gabriel Agreste and Audrey Bourgeois being there!"

"Isn't Audrey Bourgeois your mother? This could be your chance to meet her and impress her!" Pollen exclaims.

"She didn't stick around for me or for Chloé for that matter. She stayed in New York with a third daughter, who is apparently not as well-known as Chloé and I."

"Is she bringing her?"

"No. She said something about not wanting to be embarrassed by her."

"You're a great designer, my Queen." Pollen told her, "Gabriel Agreste knows you have talent and picked your hat especially."

"That's true..." Amber smiles before looking in the mirror and taking a deep breath, "Let's do this. I'll show them the meaning of a Bourgeois!...in a less snarky way."

Marinette walks toward the Grand Palais as the Agreste limo speeds past her.

"This is it! Here she comes! The international queen of fashion, director of "Style Queen" magazine, Audrey Bourgeois!" Nadja exclaims as André opens the door for his wife and daughters, who step out of the car, photographers taking pictures of them.

"Anthony-Uh, André, be a dear and fire the chauffeur. I can't believe Gabriel allows his staff to drive like that!" Audrey told her husband.

Amber and Chloé glance at each other.

"Yes, of course, Audrey, dear." André shuts the car door as Adrien's bodyguard drives off.

"Oh, no! It's Audrey Bourgeois!" Marinette states in fear.

"Who?" Tikki asks from inside her purse, looking at her owner with a bored expression.

"Amber and Chloé's mother! And she's only the harshest fashion critic in the entire world! I didn't know she was coming!" Marinette looks panicked.

"Marinette, why are you so terrified? You're not the one being judged here. Gabriel Agreste and Amber Bourgeois are."

Marinette grumbles, feeling envious, "I can't believe she got picked over me. It was probably for publicity. She's Audrey Bourgeois' daughter! What other reason would Gabriel Agreste pick her for?!"

Audrey walks onto the red carpet, before stepping off, "What is this carpet? Is it fabric? Why isn't the red carpet made out of marble like I said?" she points at Roger, "You're fired! Ridiculous, utterly ridiculous."
