"Emily! Come here!" I heard Lila yell from the kitchen.

"One second mom!" Emily yelled back as she hopped down the stairs.

Emily is 7 years old, mine and Lila's daughter.

Emily is the only child we have, for now.

Lila is pregnant with twins right now. They're not due for another 3 months.

I couldn't be happier with the life I have now.
