Hammer Town, what was once the most lively town ever now lay in shreds as people moved out one by one every week. Children no longer played in the streets, no students went to school since their devastated parents had them locked in their houses to keep them safe. “Safe from what?” one may ask. Apparently it is said that quarter of the population of this town back in the days when it was lively disappeared without a trace. Each family had one member who just disappeared. They are nowhere to be found and there's absolutely no evidence or anything that can help in finding those people. It's like they just vanished of the face of the earth. This situation left very many people depressed and it's been already an year since that incident and nothing has changed. More people continued to go missing without a trace but this all changed by the disappearance of Harvey Dansen.

“ Mom I'm ready,” said Harvey, a sixteen- year  old who lived with his parents in the middle of Hammer Town. By this day some people had already gone missing and it was a worry to a point some parents had stopped taking their children to school but it didn't feel that much of a big deal since no child had been reported missing at all. Lydia, Harvey's mom grabbed her car keys and together with her son, they got into their car and set off for Harvey's school. The drive was quite short being that the school was only a five-minute drive away  as the car pulled up Infront of the school gates. Harvey alighted the car and bid his mum bye as he went into the school grounds. Classes were yet to start so he decided to go to his friends who were at the school football field relaxing and yapping about how their weekend was. “ Have you guys had the latest news?” asked Joe turning to look at his friends who had a ‘no clue’ face worn like a mask. “ Urghhh! Austin, the nerdy kid, he vanished yesterday evening. Nobody knows where he's gone too.”
“ Whoaa! This shit’s getting scary now,” said Harvey crouching down.
“ Yeah! He might be all nerdy and annoying but I wouldn't wish for him to disappear too.”

As they were continuing to discuss about Austin's disappearance, they heard the School Captain call out to them from one end of the football field. They had big respect for the captain so they ran towards his direction once they were called upon. “ The School Chaplain wants to see all four of you at the church now,” said the Captain turning around and walking away to go handle other issues that needed his attention. Harvey, Joe and their other two friends Allan and Kish immediately headed for the church which was like a six-minute walk to there but it was within the school grounds. On the way they questioned themselves and wondered what might be happening that the School Chaplain had to even summon them to the church.

They finally came to the church and got inside and as expected they were the only ones there been that every other student was in class at that time. “ Father Carlos!” called out Harvey as they stood at the foot of the altar looking for the chaplain. “ Something feels off about all this,” said Allan looking around for the priest. “ Yeah, let's get out of here,” said Kish head for the church door and grabbed the handle to open it but to their surprise the door was locked. “ What the...Guys the door won't open,” he added, a worried look on his face. Allan and Joe tried to open the door too but nothing worked and they shouted at Harvey to come help them. “ Harvey!” shouted Kish who was still struggling to open the door.
“ G- Gu- Guys, the Crucifix!” said Harvey who stood motionless staring at the big crucifix that was fixed on the wall. The three at the door turned around to have a look and were met by something that could be considered supernatural. Blood was dripping from Jesus’ eyes, nose, mouth and ear on the Crucifix. It started out as blood droplets and in a few seconds the blood was flowing like running water from the crucifix down to the floor and spreading all across the altar. “ Get that door open now!” said Harvey turning around and help his friends to try and open the door.

“ The blood's spreading fast and all over!” shouted Harvey twisting the door knob all sides possible but nothing was working. Their hearts were pounding against their chests and tears were already flowing from Joe's and Kish's eyes. “ Help, Help us!” cried Allan banging his hands against the door.

“Harveyyy!” Something whispered out his name and immediately turned around just in time to be met by a man or woman, it wasn't clear as the person's face couldn't be seen since they were wearing a long red cloak with a hood. This person stood right Infront of Harvey and before he could scream or utter a word he suddenly blacked out. He just lost consciousness and fell into a state of darkness.
