Chapter 1

*5 months later
MARI POV:
As it was 4 o'clock in the morning I ran to the bathroom. I been having the weirdest sickness ever since I found out I was pregnant. I am now 5 months pregnant I will be 6 months tomorrow when I go to the doctors office for my check up. I went downstairs and Dinah (@dinahdavillier) was down there in the kitchen. Dinah was my favorite cousin from out of town she was staying here while she was settling into town. She also decided that she was going to be the godmother of my child. We didn't know if the baby was gone to be a boy or girl yet but we should find out tomorrow. I went in the kitchen grabbed a bottle of water and went back upstairs. When I opened the room door Tre was sitting up in the bed as I enter inside the door.
Mari: I didn't mean too wake you bae.
Tre: It's fine how are you feeling?
Mari:The same as the night before, I'll just ask the doctor questions tomorrow at the appointment.
I got inside the bed and Tre wrapped his arms around me, kissed me on the cheek then told me Goodnight. I smiled then went to sleep as I let rest take over me.

I woke up and jumped in the shower I was running late for my appointment. Good thing I had my clothes already laid out. As I stepped out the shower I brushed my teeth then I was not feeling any makeup so I just made sure my eyelashes were straight then slipped on my blue sundress with my blue and gold Ralph Lauren Sandals, then I just put on my gold chain necklace. When I woke up Tre wasn't in the bed so I grabbed my phone and wallet and headed downstairs.

When I was bout to exit out the house I couldn't find my car keys I opened up the front door , Tre and Dinah was already outside in the car. I locked the front door and headed to the passenger side then got inside the car. Dinah and Tre said "Goodmorning and then we was going to go get something to eat" I bursted it out "Yesss Lawd" I was hungry I'm eating for two now that I'm eating almost every hour, I know my stomach was gone be hella huge by the time I'm 7 months. We pulled up to McDonald's "How may I take your order" the voice sounded so familiar on the intercom, Tre said "Yeah we will have the 3 Pancake combos and Orange Juice for each" , "Would that be all ?" Tre replied Yes"; " Pull to the window your total is $15.74" when we pulled up to the window I turnt around to Dinah and told her that I knew that voice sounded familiar. It was Michelle who would have thought she would be working here this had to be some last option shit I said to Dinah as we laughed together. Tre gave her the exact change cause he didn't feel like waiting or asking any questions then he didn't say one word as he pulled to the next window and grabbed our food. We pulled out and I got text from a unknown number.
Unknown: Bitch you can't speak when you see somebody and oh yeah that baby bump cute.
I knew it was Michelle scary ass as I told Tre and Dinah. Dinah didn't say a word I turnt around and she was back there stuffing he mouth as I laughed at her. Tre told me don't sweat it and he don't want me fighting while I have this baby in my stomach. I agreed with him it was time for me to settle down with the childish games but I won't hesitate to shoot somebody or taze him as I pulled my stun gun out the glove department turning it on showing Tre that I don't fuck off. As we pulled up to the best hospital down here Emory Hospital I decided I was going to have my baby here but I know that hospital bill gone be straight up high as hell but I'm glad our insurance is paying for everything. I brought the rest of my food upstairs cause I felt a lil lightheaded since we had pulled up. I walked up to the waiting room as Tre signed me in I finished eating my food then got up and threw my trash away. By the time I was going to go sit back down one of the nurses called my name as I proceeded to the back Dinah texted me that she was going downstairs to sit in the car she was lightheaded too. I sent back laughing emojis then followed The Nurse and Tre as he held my hand. We got in the room as the nurse told me to lay back on the bed. The doctor told me I was at the ending of my Second Trimester I was 25 weeks as she pulled my shirt up to examine my baby heart beat , Tre was laughing and said he couldn't believe it was a real live human being inside of me. The doctor told me the baby was 24 centimeters , the doctor then began to check my blood test. The doctor lastly was ready to perform my ultrasound I got up and laid back on the exam table , she then put the gel on my stomach and part on my pelvis area , the gel was cold as hell . As Tre held my hand we both saw the baby as it was on the screen. It was moving around so much the doctor asked what I ate and I told her, she laughed and said I might have had too much syrup. Doctor Kim had printed out the ultrasound pictures then gave it too us as she shooked our hand and then told us the gender that the baby was gone too be a girl and she was very healthy. Tre kissed my stomach and said "hey little princess" like she can talk back to him, but she started moving when he kissed me. We walked out the office and got on the elevator my phone vibrated.
Unknown: Since you can't respond back here's a baby shower invitation if you and Tre wanna come.
I busted out laughing as I gave Tre my phone too read that he shook his head and said that bitch crazy I told him I'm even crazier with or without a baby . He laughed and said that's why I love you. We got down stairs and walked to the car , Dinah was in the back seat knocked out sleep and left the car unlocked I opened the back door and screamed "Give me your money and your keys" I bursted out laughing as she woke up so fast looking crazy , I got in the backseat with her cause I knew Tre was bout to go pick up Icey we had to discuss some things. Dinah was apart of our team too she wouldn't hesitate to bust when it came to me that's why she was my favorite fuck a friend she was family.
