It’s been years since we met,
you make me smile all the time.
But, now why... why does it hurt so much?
You’re making me cry in the night.
What happened between us?
Are we breaking — yeah, we already broke up.
You’re making me sad in the daylight,
I can’t seem to enjoy the sunshine.
Oh, love where have you been?
I’ve been waiting at my door,
I’m willing to open it again for you.
Love, come back to me now.
Without you, I feel lost in the daylight,
I can’t seem to find my way back home.
When the stars start to show up,
I feel alone as the night deepens.
Why did we end up this way?
You left me when I needed you most.
You said you’d stay by my side,
but love, where are you now?
I’m left asking questions,
you made me confused about things.
Love, did you really love and cared for me?
You left and I keep wondering why.
