Kim da yeon was turned a Villain due to neglect during her childhood, and child abuse by her father . A young brain is prone to interpret things in a wrong way and have many judgemental errors while dealing with the world . A helpless child who seeks protection from it's parents when neglected has many emotional problems even after reaching adulthood. It also involves impulsiveness, trust issues,rage, a feeling to have control over yourself while overly caring about freedom.
If Kim da yeon were to be born in a healthy environment with lots of love and care , she wouldn't have turned out like that .
Having said that , her actions are not justifiable and the damage she has done to others is also not worth forgiving .
