Your POV

For a captain you weren't really doing much. (like seriously go do something you're the main character?)

Anyways since you recalled Ghin a few days ago to return to your side, you decided to wander about while you were waiting for him to find you. 'Come to think of it, did I tell him my location? Hmm I'm not sure, Oh well.'

As you were floating around in your ship you happened to reach an island with a navy base. It seemed like a lively little island, I mean there were explosions everywhere. Were they under attack? or was this the navy's doing? whatever it was,

"None of my business" you mumbled as you flipped a magazine.

Your nonchalant mood was soon ruined by the sound of a call. Seriously you weren't in the mood. Looking to the many snails on the desk, it was the marine snail that was ringing. Even more reason not to pick up.

It died down but started ringing again.

"If this call isn't important, there will be consequences." finally picking it up annoyance leaking from your aura.

"U-um Warlod Y/n-san, there's a navy base you happen to be close to which needs your help. Sir!"

Grumbling at the request, you probably scared the solider tasked to call you. "Status report."

"There's a pirate crew currently trying to take over the island and destroy the base, we request that you stop them and turn them in Sir!"

sighing "You can't possibly think you need a warlord for this size of a problem, just send out a captain or lieutenant after them? To me it just looked like a overly dramatic festival...

Fine I'll do it, im bored anyways. Tell your boss i expect payment in two hours okay? bye." cutting off the call before he could protest

"Now, let's go see what's got these Pirates itching."

Arriving at the nearby island, you were walking around with your hands in your pockets, watching people running everywhere due to the explosions.

'Maybe I should be on higher ground, and assess the situation?' Jumping up to some roof with ease you began leaping towards commotion. That'd be the root of this mess, right?

"Hmm." making myself comfortable and sitting on the edge of the roof cross legged.

Meanwhile below me.

"LISTEN UP MEN! TODAY WE WILL SHOW THE NAVY WHOS BOSS BECAUSE WE ARE STRONGER THAN THEM!"

"YEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!" one side said

"DONT FALL BACK SOLIDERS!! LETS SHOW THEM THE POWER OF THE NAVY!!!" the other side said

But before either sides could charge at each other, you just had to announce yourself. I mean it was perfect timing indeed.

"Oooooh Really?" I made sure my voice was heard from up here. "Whether it's this side or that side, but all I see is weakness."

The navy seemed to recognize me and they all shouted like animals, throwing reassurances around because a warlord has arrived and how they're now saved... Well all but the commander in charge of this base.

I jumped down and landed right in the middle, the Pirates also seemed to have finally recognized me as well and were just standing there. Most likely from shock, I bet they didn't expect me to show up, how fun.

"What're you here for pirate Y/n?" the commander asked

"Don't address me with such a harsh tone, I came here to help you after all" at this point on you were just toying with him, he seemed like a rather serious guy and you thought 'I could get some funny reactions from him'
