"Master Damian!....*knock knock* Young master Damian!" Jeeves calls out to a very drowsy teenager. Damian groans to alert Jeeves he's up. As he rubs his eyes he sits up and slips on his house shoes to head towards the door. "Morning Jeeves." Damian says tiredly. Jeeves nods; " Goodmorning master Damian, your mother is waiting for you to join her at breakfast." He says before heading into Damian room to straighten up."What could she possibly be wanting to talk about at such an early hour." He thinks to himself as he makes his way to the dining room.Melinda turns her head and stands with a joyful smile. " Goodmorning dear! Please have breakfast with me." She flicks her finger towards the chair across her. Damian sits and stares at his mother with concern. " She seems...happier than usual." He analyzes her some more and notices she's humming as she cuts her pancakes. " Did something good happen mother?" He asks before taking a bite out of his breakfast. "Oh nothing much. My good friend Yor is visiting today and I suggested she brought her daughter over." Damian nods, sorta listening to her. "That sounds good for you mom. I hope you guys enjoy yourselves, I guess that means I should make plans today to stay out the way." Melinda shakes her head. "Oh goodness no. You'll be joining us. She's about your age!" Damian choke on his juice after hearing this. "Mother, why I do appreciate the quality time we tend to have together but I'm not sure setting me up with your friend daughter is under the umbrella meaning of "quality time"". Melinda laughs; "I'm sure you remember the sweet girl Damian. You two were in 1 grade together." Damian puts his utensils down and place his finger on his chin. "Hmmmmm...sorry mom I don't think I recall any girl from that class. Besides it was so long ago."
Melinda pouts; " Damian at least entertain her! I'm sure you'll at least see a friend in her as a start." Damian rolls his eyes. "I'm not interested in dating/arrange marrying a girl I don't even remember. But I will join if that's what pleases you." He scoffs. "I hate when she acts like that. She wasn't this involved in my personal life like this at one point damn it!" He thinks to himself. Melinda smiles and clap her hands together. "Wonderful! They should be coming around 1:00 today, so go on and get ready. Look dashing for the young miss!" She stands up and heads off to prepare. Damian groans one last time. " It's like she picks up half of whatever I say." He stands up and start heading to his room to get ready. " I wonder who the girl is..." he starts trying to think of all the girls who were in his class during that year. It's pretty hard considering how long ago it was and so much has changed. He hardly sees Ewen and Emile nowadays due to different classes but they manage to see each other for lunch.
Now being dressed appropriately for the mid spring weather with a beige linen button up shirt and tan khakis with a deep brown leather belt and loafers to match, he makes his way down stairs. "Damian! You came right on time, come." Melinda says cheerfully. She turns to her guest; "Please allow me to introduce you two to my youngest son, Damian. Damian this is Yor and her daughter-" Damian eyes widen.
" ANYA?!"
