"𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲?"

Han had to process what he learned while at the Agency. He had a lot to think about – faking his own death in order to keep Elle safe was the only option. No matter how many ideas Benjamin and Usagi thought up, Mr. Nobody only liked the idea of Han faking his death and Bishop returning fully to the Agency. Han didn't fully trust Mr. Nobody – who he did trust was Bishop. Not even Brooklyn's involvement made Han agree to all this.

From the start, it was always Bishop.

Even when he thought it was just Project Aries he was stealing. Yet, he couldn't see his life without Bishop and Elle in it.

When Han agreed, it was only Mr. Nobody who was grateful for Han's actions. Bishop looked rather upset with Han's decision. But they heard all the ideas and how quickly Mr. Nobody vetoed them. Han had to fake his death – there was no way around it. As much as Han wasn't fully interested in faking it, there was nothing he could possibly do.

Han worked under the hood of his car, knowing that the moment Mr. Nobody knew that Deckard Shaw was in Tokyo, Han would have to fake his death. As much as he knew it would break his friends' hearts knowing that he was "dead," it was the best option. That didn't mean Han wasn't worried about how things would be from here on out.

Bishop agreed to become an agent full time, meaning she'd have to pull in her notice with the high school. Han knew how much Bishop loved her job at the high school and all the students. Mr. Nobody told her she could finish off that school year before resigning. Han didn't like that Bishop had to quit her job.

But like Han, Bishop agreed to Mr. Nobody's terms.

"I knew I'd find you here." Han tilted to the side. The music was low upstairs while some of Han's friends were hanging around. The high school kids were mingling around the cubes, keeping to themselves. Han had thought that Bishop would want to stay at the new apartment for a while, process the fact Han agreed to fake his death. "Using this time to give your car a tune up? Kinda seems counter-productive." Bishop pointed out.

Han looked back at what he was working on. "Working on cars clears my mind."

Bishop leaned her hip against the car, looking down into the engine. Han was just tinkering, letting time fly around him. "You could have said no."

Han shook his head. "You and I know that wasn't an option." Han removed the light that was hanging off the hood. Bishop moved slightly as Han closed the hood to the Mazda. "Mr. Nobody wouldn't have let me do that."

"I guess you can say you're doing the right thing," Even though Bishop wished there was something else they could do. "This isn't going to be easy, Han." Bishop walked over to Han. Her hand reached out, moving some of Han's hair from his face. "This isn't some kind of short-term thing, are you sure?"
