On a bright but not at all breezy day little Lilly set off for school and on her morning walk through the park she noticed dozens of bright lights flying around... She stopped and stared. They flew all over the place - were they fireflies? Throughout the tress and throughout the flowers.... Lilly laughed as she parted her way on her walk to get a closer look at the little fireflies and it dawned on her to try to catch one, only... but she had nothing but a lunch box to do so with and she didn't want one cough and kept in the dark. She decided to wait until she had a little glass jar to put one in as a pet. Still, she tried to catch one, but could not grasp any one with her hands because they flew so quickly!
Eventually her mum called for her to hurry up and keep walking and get to school. It was only a ten minute walk. Lilly was saddened that she hasn't got to catch one, but as they walked away she noticed that one little firefly was following her... and there was a bright light following her behind her back, but ever time she turned it turned into a tiny little firefly again and when she turned around and walked forward, the bright light turned into a big figure of holy light, and she asked her mummy if she could see the fireflies and to her surprise, her mummy said she couldn't see them at all! Which Lilly thought was very strange and very mysterious.
