Third person's POV
"Dad! What do you mean by this?? Arrange marriage?" Kunot ang nuong napatingin si Atara sa kaniyang ama.
Inis naman itong bumaling sa anak. "You're 27 Atara. Anong problema dun? At alam mong matagal na itong napagkasunduan ng pamilya natin. Ikaw at ang panganay na anak ng mga-"
"Kayo ang nakipag sundo roon dad. I did not agree to any of this!"
*Pack!
Galit ang mga matang tinitigan ni Mr. Goth ang anak. "You don't get to interrupt me when I'm talking Atara! And that marriage is happening. With or without your permission!"
Sarkastikong napatawa si Atara habang hawak hawak ang namumula nitong pisngi at humarap sa ama na may kaakibat na galit sa mga mata. "Kayo ang mag pakasal sa taong yun. I will never show up in that isle." Sambit nito at tumalikod sa ama.
Atara's POV

Naalimpungatan ako nang marinig ang pag tawag sa akin!
"Ma'am." Shit nakatulog ako? God nakakahiya!
"Ms. Goth, can you explain to me why were you sleeping and drooling in my class? Second period palang iha, first day of school." Namimeywang na sabi ni ms. Triva.
"I'm sorry ma'am. I- hindi ko po namalayang nakatulog ako."
"Hindi namalayan." Ulit nito at inirapan ako.
"Stand-up miss Goth." Kapagkwan ay sambit nito ng makaupo muli sa harap.
Agad naman akong napatayo, I couldn't handle any of these embarrassments!
"Hmm, define our subject."
"Ma'am?"
"Don't tell me hindi mo alam kung ano ang subject natin ngayon?" Taas kilay na tanong nito!
Gosh! I was asleep!
Napapikit ako at nag-isip.
2nd year, 2nd subject.
"Para- Parasitology." Nagliwanag ang mukha ko ng maalala. "Uhm, Parasitology is the study of interaction between parasites and their hosts.
