A ding sounded from the persons left as they turned to the sound, confused "the reconstructor shouldn't be running" they said as they looked into the glass to see a human female around there late teens to early adults, they quickly look away to not see the lady naked. After a few minutes the pod opens up and the woman steps out and sees the man "oi, who are you and do I need to beat you for seeing me" the lady said in a broad Australian accent "I didn't see you, if you can please put some clothes on, I seen the fabricator making a set for you. I put them on the dresser around the corner to your right" the man said with the woman quickly finding and putting on the clothes.
The man and women sit across from each other drinking a beverage "so what's your name?" The woman asked as the man chuckled "I'm surprised you don't recognize my face from the news, Tessa James Elliott" the man said as Tessa leaned in a bit focusing on his face before jolting back in surprise "John Dataline Smith! But If your here" Tessa said in recognition before trailing off "well my death was, greatly exaggerated" John replied as Tessa gave him a quizzical look.
"you know, if she put you here that means she must really like you" John said after a moment of silence as Tessa's face contorted into confusion before being replaced with anger "you mean that thing can actually feel!" Tessa exclaimed in anger before an overwhelming sense of dread overcame her while John had his eye's closed "please don't refer to my daughter as a thing in my presence ever again" John said as the pressure disappeared after Tessa nodded "well, I can see you have questions but they'll have to wait till tomorrow as I need to do something. Your room is down the hall and to the right and don't go into my room, you won't like what you'll find" John instructed/warned the nervous Tessa who went to bed.
The next day Tessa woke up to on odd smell that somewhat reminded her of pancakes and mangos. Tess got dressed and went into the kitchen area "what are you making?" Tessa asked asked as John briefly tensed up, not used to having company "Well I'm making one of her favorite dishes, except for the oil of course" John said as Tessa tilted her head in confusion as John flipped the pan making the mango pancakes fly into the air and land onto a plate with another mango pancake before putting the pan in to sing and turning the stove off "they likes mangos, I didn't think they liked anything but destruction" Tessa said with distain but that was replaced with an uncomfortable feeling when John glared at her "I'm beginning to question my daughters choice in friends, she kept you safe and present but you continue to backtalk her" John said worsening Tessa's discomfort as he brought the plates with the mango pancakes on them to the table.
After a moment Tessa sat down and began to eat "this is pretty good" Tessa commented as she took a bite out of one of her pancakes "thanks. I, I didn't feel right making it without someone else to share it with" John said as Tessa stopped eating, having a question pop into her head "how long have you been alone down here for?" Tessa asked "well, I've been down here since you were born, and by the looks of it, your about 19 to 20 years old meaning I've been hear for 20 years" John said to a shocked Tessa. After a moment John noticed a familiar tattoo like marking on Tessa shoulder "can I see your right shoulder?" John asked as Tessa who reluctantly rolled up her sleeve to revile a yellowish black solver symbol with '01000100 01100001 01110101 01100111 01101000 01110100 01100101 01110010' printed below it "It seems she has claimed you as her daughter" John said
