Upon reaching the cafeteria Travis and I got lunch and took a seat somewhere far off in the corners. Soon after settling down Travis took a bite of his apple and I did the same finding it to not only be sweet, but unexpectedly juicy.

I took a few more bites and my mind wandered back to HIM, remembering the way he walked, every perfectly formed feature of his face down to his broad shoulders and great height, ancient green eyes paired with lightning-strong hair, his full plump lips just sat perfectly on his face.

My god. Did I just like, reminisce about a guy's body in full detail and even worse, it's of a guy I just bearly met. Suddenly the cafeteria went silent much like what happened in the halls earlier, snapping back to reality I glanced around seeing everyone head facing the door.

The doors of the cafeteria burst open and in walked the devil with that girl Sabrina still clinging to his arm and his minions strolling in behind them.

He walked up to the bench and sat down while one of his friends, which I prefer to call a minion went to grab everyone's lunch only then, did everyone turn back to what they were doing.

But not me, I couldn't look away he was just breathtakingly beautiful. Suddenly, as if he felt my gaze he looked in my direction and we locked eyes, locked under his gaze I felt as if my deepest secrets were exposed and the depth of my soul had been seen. My stomach turned, my body heated up, blood rushed to my entire face, my heart beating so fast it was almost painful.

I looked away, still feeling his gaze burning holes into my back but I dare not turn. This feeling wasn't something you get when you see your crush.

That I'm certain of, it was the feeling you get when you walk home alone at night on a road that is torturously silent, and you get that unsettling feeling, when your senses heightened and every fiber of your being is screaming for you to run and never look back. That is what this feeling is, he is dangerous, and my sixth sense tells me he shouldn't be taken lightly as an average school bully, but something like a calm storm in waiting to invade.

"Hey bud, you ok?" Travis snaps a finger in front of my face. "You've been frozen in place for the last three minutes. I thought you were practicing your statue performance for art class." he said laughing while sipping his canned milk coffee.

"Very funny Travis, wow." I said, rolling my eyes and picking up my cinnamon roll and taking a bite.

"Awe come on man loosen up you got nothing to worry about."

"Easy for you to say Mr. nice guy."

"Seriously, stop with the nice guy shit, it doesn't suit me."

"Ok grandpa" I said giggling to which he just rolled his eyes and went back to sipping his coffee.

"We should get going to our other class since lunch will finish in three minutes."

I agreed, standing up and throwing my bag over my shoulder and grabbing my half eaten apple before chasing after travis who was already walking out the door. Jeez, he seems to take a liking to me running after him.

He led the way while I trailed behind. We walked in silence, it wasn't awkward though rather, pleasant. We arrived at our next class which was office administration. We were the first to arrive so I looked for a seat at the back and sat down while Travis dropped his bag at a side window.

"I'm gonna run to the bathroom real quick. Ok?" he said and I nodded. He left and it was just me.

I sat there and a few minutes later Travis returned and sat beside me. Soon after, the class flooded with students, followed moments later by a teacher in her forties I guessed. She greeted us, took the register and started scribbling notes on the board to which I swore I thought were in another language. She writes like a five year old and if not for my glasses I couldn't see a thing.

For about an hour and a half of writing, the bell rang signaling the end of the lesson. Immediately students began to head for door one to their next class whereas Travis and I soon followed suit.

"We have different classes now because I have biology. What about you?" I think it's Social studies." I said , sighing.

"Well, I can't follow you but I can give you directions to get there.''

After Travis told me the directions and left, following his direction, I kept walking down the hall as he instructed, turning the corner. I bumped into someone and was knocked to the ground. Jeez, why do I keep bumping into people and falling. Rubbing my nose, I looked up to see the devil towering over me and looking down, I felt like a prey trapped in a predator's territory and one wrong move could lead to my death.

He stared at me tilting his head and squinting his eyes observing me while I just sat there frozen. My mind going haywire with the possibilities of being beaten. One punch from him is enough to kill me, I'm nothing compared to his beastly form, I began to tremble. I...I... I'm s..sorry...for bumping into you it was..was an a..accident." I stuttered out, bowing my head and closing my eyes, preparing myself to receive a hit but it never came and he just stood there, his eyes displaying amusement and something else..was it lust?

He stooped down startling me, he reached and tucked a hair behind my ears and that's when it hit me, his scent invaded my nostrils and clouded my mind, he had a intoxicated muscular scent that reminds me of how the forest in the early morning after a night of heavy rain. His hand brushed against my ear lobe and I flinched, my body temperature rose, my cheeks burned, my heart hammering at my chest and my breathing quickens my stomach knotting and I felt a sudden excitement.

I didn't look at him with the eyes afraid of being pulled in instead, I kept my head low and eyes closed while gripping tightly at the hem of my sweater sleeve. I heard him whisper something I couldn't quite catch.

He stood up "You should get to class princess." he said, turning and walking away with his hands tucked into his pockets.

I didn't say anything, I just sat on the floor thinking that his voice was the sexiest thing I've ever heard, it was deep and muscular but not frightening, it was rather calm and pleasing to the ear.

I watched as he disappeared down the halls and only then, did my movements return but I was still shocked and weak in the knees but somehow began walking to class.
