DASH loved the words carved inside this little book. Words in poetry for someone so unknown. He wondered if the man intended for this poetry had read this already? 'Cause he thought that the poet deserved his attention.

thinking of you makes me smile today
it was quite unreasonable
or ridiculous to think
to stare at your pictures
and sparks were flying inside my heart
thinking of you makes me see my future
fighting life and racing through waves and curves with you

holding your hand is one imagination
and embracing you is an undefined addiction
thinking of you makes me wonder what this is
my knowledge could not define
the heart beats and line
renders my mind speechless
but love it is not
surely infatuation quite a lot

Fabian let Dash bring this book. Kako nito ay baka hindi na ito hahanapin ng may-ari since she had sneeked out to visit Dash.

Dash smiled and closed the book, sighing the warm and fresh wind coming from the ocean. The blue waters in the large beach of Alegre was sparkling to its enchantment. Memories were forgotten for now, but Dash hoped he had visited this wonderful place before. It calmed his mind, heart, and soul.

The soft granules of the white sand felt like a bread flour in his hands.

Levi and Maric had accompanied him yesterday together with Sofia, but his sister thought happy he got discharged, expressed her sorry na hindi siya nito masasamahan sa Alegre. However, Fabian had promised he would send someone to accompany his medications and healing.

Hindi na umasa si Dash kung mayroon ba sa kanyang pamilya na masasamahan siya dahil si Sofia lang ang tangi niyang nakikita araw-araw simula nang magpakilala ito sa kanya.

He slowly stood up from sitting on the beach then took off his shirt. It was early in the morning. He had rested and read the book for a while. Kahit paulit-ulit nang nabasa ng kanyang mga mata ang mga salita. To the extent that he almost memorized every bit of it.

Dahan-dahan siyang lumusong sa dagat. He never knew if he knew how to swim, but he would try. Nilubog niya ang katawan sa ilalim ng tubig. Letting the fresh coldness enveloped him. Sinubukan niyang lumangoy and he did knew. He could manuever the water.

Lap after lap, his body felt relaxed. He then let his body float above the water, closing his eyes to feel everything that was so natural. His breathing was fast and good. His heartbeat faster. The calmness of the moment let his brain replayed the voice of that girl who called him "baby".

"Dash!" narinig niya iyon sa kanyang isipin at ang marahas na pagtalsik ng mga tubig na animo'y may sumusulong. "Dash!" When he got splashed by an amount of water, he woke up and got up to let his feet downed on the seabed.

"What the fuck?!" the lady uttered in despair. Kumurap siya dahil nagulat siya nang makita si Fauna. In her casual clothes, so wet and worried?

"Fauna..." he breathed. "I was just relaxing."

Tumango ito saka hinilamos ang mukha sa tubig dagat. She was breathing heavily as if she got lost. "Akala ko...akala ko napano ka."

Para kakarating lang nito galing sa biyahe. She was distressed for a moment. And it was a wonder for him why she was distressed and worried? Ang sabi ni Fabian ay hindi niya kilala si Fauna. At hindi siya kilala ni Fauna since she grew up in America?
