6 years after his last appearance on Earth and his battle with Kamen Rider Build, Evolt has explored the universe in search of greater power.
He then discovered the greatest mystery in the universe which seemed to give him great power to conquer Ear...
They finally arrived at the temple where Lisa was waiting for them. It could be said that their journey was not smooth, because they were always confronted by a group of hilichurls and also several wild bandits who roamed near the temple of the Four Winds Temple.
Luckily they are very strong and able to defeat a bunch of ordinary enemies such as hilichurls or bandits.
Along the way, Evolt and Aether sometimes took valuable items from the hilichurls or bandits they had defeated. They later plan to sell them and get money, even though the items must have belonged to someone else who was confiscated.
Lisa: "Hey you cuties. You're all goint to help me out too ? How kind of you two. Dont hesitate to come to me, if you all need anything."
Evolt: "Cutie ? (Annoyed Expression) OK, I'm pretty sick of hearing that at the beginning. But I guess I don't have a problem with it for a while... Well if she doesn't call it too often."
Aether: "Umm, what a kind of things does a librarian does ?"
Lisa: "Good question. Basiclly, things other than that which require brawn... or brains."
Evolt: "Hmm, okay. We'd better get in and get this over with quickly."
Evolt pushed the door once again with just his bare hands. This made Lisa surprised and amazed at Evolt, because opening the temple gate requires quite high magical energy, and physicality alone is not enough.
After the gate opened, they all went inside and walked down a hallway and then saw a portal gate. There they entered the portal and were teleported to the main area of the temple.
There they saw a bridge and they crossed it. However, when crossing, Evolt felt something in his left trouser pocket. When he checked it, he saw the Rider System fullbottle.
Evolt (In mind): "With this, I have completed the 2 Evolbottles that I need to be able to access my true power."

On the way, Lisa felt a very strong elemental force in the temple, while Evolt seemed to feel it too, but on a small scale.
Evolt: "Do you feel the elemental power around here ?"
Lisa: "That's what I said earlier. But from your expression, you felt it too, didn't you ?"
Evolt: "That's true... but the scale is still small. Let's keep going."
They then saw a place where an artificial air vortex was located and decided to go upstairs using it. Each prepares their own glider and climbs up in turn.
After everyone was upstairs, Evolt activated a console to open the gate in front of them. As usual, the hilichurls and slimes were there. Behind the door there is a kind of hallway that is wide and high, but contains quite dangerous monsters.
