Regina's POV:

I knew I messed up. My emotions got the better of me, I really shouldn't have drank that much. I was certain that I would've remained in control when I was sober.

I was always in control. In control of myself and of everyone around me. I made everyone take over the role I had in mind for them without them knowing. I always managed to lure people in but Lux was a challenge.

Unfortunately a challgenge I wanted to win very badly and I especially didn't want to lose against Janis.

I was sure, if she wasn't in the picture, Lux would be mine already but now I had to come up with a perfect plan to fix this situation and the only person, who could give me proper advice was my cousin.

She was older and wiser than me and most importantly, she was a the queen bee when she was in high school.

She taught me everything I needed to know to make things go my way and she especially prevented me from making the same mistakes as her since she ended up in an asylum and didn't want that to happen to me as well.

I made sure to wear casual clothes in order to not stand out. I didn't want important people to see me visiting an asylum.

The staff already knew me and knew who I wanted to visit so they immediately lead me to my cousin's room.

As soon as I walked inside, my cousin smiled brightly.

"Regina! You finally visit me again", she said and walked over to hug me.

"Hello Heather, I need your advice. I met that special someone that you always told me I would meet but I kinda slipped and showed her my aggression... What can I do to fix it?", I asked and her eyes were shining brightly.

We sat down together and she held onto my hands very tight.

"Who is she? Is it this tiktok girl you showed me all the time?", she asked and I nodded.

I already had a crush on her when I watched her tiktoks but when I met her in her in real life it only got stronger with each day.

"I got drunk and I couldn't hold myself back anymore. She didn't like my bold move and ran away... Then I threatened her and now I don't know what's the best thing to do to fix this", I explained and she nodded.

"I always told you to hide your true intentions. Always remain a kind and friendly facade. Always go for manipulation and seduction rather than aggression and intimidation", she scolded me and I sighed.

"I know but I drank so much and couldn't stop myself... She looked so good...", I said and my body heated up just by thinking of Lux in that sexy dress I bought her.

"I understand, I know you're a pro at this but you're only human after all. Luckily being drunk is the perfect excuse to use to justify your actions. She might trust you again, if she thinks it was just the alcohol", she suggested and I sighed.

"I don't think it's enough, she already doubted me before mainly because Janis whispered into her ear", I said and Heather's face darkened when I mentioned Janis.

"I thought you ruined Janis, how is she still a threat?", she asked.

"Well, she might not be a threat to my popularity anymore but she is a threat when it comes to my girl. Lux likes her and she now she definitely likes her more than me", I said and Heather's hands started to shake.

"That reminds me of what happened to me. My love was also stolen by someone else and trust me, I was so much better than that scumbag but my approach was too aggressive. I completely lost control of myself and now I spend my life in an asylum. You have to be different. I don't want you to have the same fate", she said in worry.
