After Ash's victory over Bede, our heroes are in Inkadia for Callie and Marie to continue their rain in the Superstar Showcase. The group arrives in the city where the next showcase will take place, Splatsville.
"There it is!" Callie pointed as the ship reaches land. "Splatsville!"
The ship docks at a harbor, and everyone gets off as fast as they can.
"Where here! The City of Chaos!"
"I heard the Chaos vs. Order Splatfest really influenced the lifestyle here." Marie explained.
Ash gets a first view of Splatsville. "Say, this town really gives a difference vibe from Inkopolis and New Sardine."
"Yeah, the Splatlands is the most wildest section of Inkadia."
Soon, Friede and Orla step outside as well, with Friede and Cap getting a view of Splatsville. "Yes, this angle is most appealing. Perfect for the sketch on the map of Inkadia I'm making."
"Nice." Ash said before turning to Orla. "What are you going to do, Orla?"
"I heard Splatsville has a large scrapyard. I'm going to look for any treasure or useful parts to upgrade the ship." Orla said with an exciting expression.
As Friede and Orla take off in the ship towards the scrapyard, Ash and the Squid Sisters make their way to the populated skirts of the city to search for the arena where the Baking Showcase will take place.
"Woah, look at all the different buildings." Ash said he observed the busy hustle of the city.
Splatsville seemed like a very busy and populated town. There were many different apartment complexes everywhere, trains and planes were moving in all different directions, and their were Inklings and Octolings everywhere going about their day. Soon, the gang sees a few citizens gathering in front of a glass window.
"I wonder what's going on over there?" Marie wondered as she and the gang went to check it out.
Thought the glass, they see a familiar Blue Octoling, Yellow Inkling, and Manta, all wearing traditional clothing while performing what looked like a radio show.
"Listen up! It's going down... Repping the Splatlands, we are Deep Cut!" Shouted the Blue Octoling.
"Anarchy Splatcast! We're live!" Shouted the Yellow Inkling.
"Ay! (Here we go!)" The Manta ayes as he stood behind the TV.
"Say, these are the idols who took over Inkopolis News while Pearl and Marina off on their tour." Said Callie.
"Their names are Shiver, Frye, and Big Man." A blue haired Inkling with a some what long mash-cut said as he suddenly approached the cousins. "Their show is super popular in the Splatlands. They're great singers too!"
"Whoa, we've got a large audience today." Said Shiver.
"Yeah, let's see you raise the roof out in the stands!" Said Frye.
Everyone raised their hands while shouting Deep Cut.
"Yeah!" Ash shouted as he and Pikachu also raised their fists in the air.
