a bad valentine day...

It was Valentines Day in Konoha. Sakura was walking through the village, watching everyone give their loves candy, presents, flowers, etc. Sakura sighed. She never received any of those things on Valentines Day. She never had anyone who would give her those thngs. She also couldn't give anyone a gift, since Sasuke would never accept anything she gave him. She sighed again.

"Maybe Ino could help me..."

Sakura walked to Ino's flower shop. When she arrived, she saw Ray holding her hand and giving her flowers and candy.

"Awe, Ray, I don't deserve this!"

"I know, Ino, but I don't have enough money for fancy jewelry."

"Ray..." Ino blushed.

"Ugh..." Sakura groaned.

Ray and Ino turned to her, blushing in embarrassment. Ino walked over to her, smiling a huge smile.

"Hi Sakura!!! Isn't today a great day!?!" She said happily.

"Yeah...so great..."

"Sakura, you okay?" Ray asked.

"No..."

"What's wrong?"

"Well, I never receive anything for Valentines Day..." she started to cry. Ray sighed.

"Sakura, you need to talk to Naruto. He can help"

"Really?"

"Yeah..."

"Okay! I'll go see him!"

Sakura ran out of the store. Ray and Ino smiled. They knew this would be a good Valentines Day.

Sakura ran around Konoha, looking for Naruto. She grew tired. Just then, she heard Naruto slurping down some ramen. She slapped her forehead.

"Of course..."

She walked into the store to see Naruto slurping what seemed to be his fifth bowl. The cook laughed.

"Wow, Naruto, I have never seen you eat so little!"

"Well, I'm cutting down!"

"Hahaha! I should have-Sakura! How are you?"

Naruto turned to see Sakura standing there. He nearly chocked on ramen. When he swallowed, he gave his signature smile.

"Sakura-chan! What are you doing here?"

"Well, I wanted to talk to you, Naruto."

"W-what!?!"

"Yeah."

"O-okay, then, have a seat." He said, patting the seat next to him. Sakura smiled and sat. Naruto pushed his bowl away.

"So...what can I do for you?"

"Well, I need Valentines Day advice."

"S-Sakura-chan, I don't think I..."

"Ray said you could help."

'Of course...'

"Okay, I'll try. What is it, Sakura-chan?"

"Well, I haven't gotten a Valentine yet..."

"What!?!"

"Yeah..."

"Someone like you hasn't gotten a Valentine yet!?!"

"Yeah, I never do..."

'So that's why he suggested me...'

"Uh...Sakura-chan...I'm sure you will."

"Naruto, don't say things just to make me feel better."

"No, Sakura-chan. I know you will get a Valentine..."

"NARUTO! HOW CAN YOU LIE TO ME LIKE THIS!?!" She was now standing up.

"Sakura-chan, calm down..."

"You don't get it! Do you know how it feels to never get a Valentine, to fell like everyone doesn't like you!?!"

"Sakura-chan, I give you a promise that you will..."

"YOU DO'T GET IT! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M GOING THROUGH! NO IDEA!"

Naruto kept quiet, no matter how much he wanted to speak.

"YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE HATED BY EVERYONE!"

Naruto sighed. He got up and started to walk away. He turned back at Sakura.

"Sakura...just go home..." With that, he ran away, crying. Sakura walked away.
