Charlotte's POV

From the distance, I can see Engfa walking towards Chompu's car, and she looks really mad. She opens the door, and since no one is sitting in front, she chooses to sit there. The car is silent, you can't even hear the radio playing.

"What about your car?" I ask once she's buckled in, and Chompu has started the car.

Engfa turns around and looks at me. I can see the concern in her eyes. Then she looks down, almost like she's ashamed. She doesn't answer me, she just turns around and looks forward.

"They kept her car to fix the damages," Nudee answers, and I nod.

It looks like we're going back to Engfa's house. We pass her club, and there's a big line outside like always.

"Can you make a stop?" Engfa asks, looking at Chompu.

Chompu looks at her quickly before looking back to the road and nods. Engfa doesn't say anything else after that, so it seems like Chompu knows where she wants to go.

We drive for another 5 minutes before we stop outside of a big building. There's a children's playground next to the place.

Engfa unbuckles and goes to get out, but before she does, Tina reaches from the back seat and grabs her hand.

"I don't think she's awake," Tina says. Engfa turns around and glares at her. It's obvious that she's mad at her.

"She is," Engfa says and gets her hand free and gets out.

Engfa walks to the door and knocks. An elderly woman opens the door and has a big smile on her face.

"I didn't mean to hit her that hard," Tina mumbles. Even though it's dark, you can see how red Engfa's cheek is.

"I didn't mean to hit her either," Nudee says, and Chompu nods.

"Is she okay? I've never seen her mad, she's always so calm," I ask.

"She doesn't get mad often, but when she does, she completely closes off and barely talks to anyone," Tina answers, and I nod. We all bring our attention back to Engfa and see her handing the woman an envelope. It looks like the same envelope she got at the race.

"What's in the envelope?" I question.

"Money for winning the race, she's donating it," Chompu answers.

Engfa talks to the woman for a few seconds longer before hugging her and coming back to the car. The rest of the car ride is quiet until we get to Engfa's house. We all get out, and she opens the door. To our surprise, we're greeted by Ethan and Heidi.

"Oh my freaking god, what are you guys doing here at my house?" Engfa asks.

They don't say anything and just shrug.

"I need a fucking drink," Engfa says and storms to the kitchen.

"What are you guys doing here?" I ask the both of them sternly.

"Tina asked us to come over, she said Engfa might kill somebody, so all of us should be together," Heidi says and goes towards Tina and pecks her lips. Tina blushes, which causes Chompu and Nudee to smirk. If it wasn't for Engfa coming out of the kitchen, I would be blowing up on my best friend right now for not telling me about her and Tina.

Engfa comes out holding an orange juice. By a drink, I thought she meant something with alcohol in it. She doesn't say anything to anyone and goes and sits down on the piano chair.

We all slowly move toward the living room, and everyone starts their own conversation. Tina said it's better to leave Engfa until she's calmer. I can't help but look at her though.
