6. Love

Yunho was stressed... And by that, I mean REALLY stressed. The questions, that were in his head for a few weeks now, have overtaken his body. But he couldn't do anything about it. It is like he was trapped in an loop. Every time he found something he considered maybe buying as a present, he found himself in one of the following situations: one, it is WAY too expensive, two, it was a limited edition and the shops were out of stock, and three, it was too basic. Was it really THAT difficult to find something that would perfectly fit Mingi? Yes? Well... He actually wasn't quite surprised about it, but he still hoped to find SOMETHING. And all the memories he had shared with Mingi didn't help a bit... He just couldn't find THE ONE thing to give to Mingi.

It was two days before the birthday, so it hurt much more than before. He knew that, if he didn't find something now, that may be his last chance. It was 2 pm and Yunho was currently at a shopping center. He walked down the halls, looking for an interesting shop. He saw jeweller ... Then a florist...

Okay, maybe flowers aren't that bad, but... It shouldn't be the only thing I give him. Plus, I prefer if the flowers are freshly cut and wrapped, sooo I'll just buy them tomorrow...

While going down the halls, he got a phone call. It was Mingi.

"Hi Yunho-hyungggg! How are youuu?"

"Hi! Yeah, I'm just... walking down the isles in a shopping center but... I don't really plan on buying anything."

"Are you looking for something?"

"Y-No just looking at the presented products. "

"God thanks!!! Anyways, I know I'm saying this a bit late but... I got a shoot today and... I don't think I can make it in time if I take the transports! W-would it be possible for you to come pick me up at the dorm? I'm sorry I have to ask you..."

"Ooh... Yeah sure! I gotta get my mind off of something anyways, so I might just come along."

"Thank you hyung, you're my savior!!!"

"Alright, see you in 5, byeee!"

" Bye hyung!"

Immediately, Yunho ended the call and made his way to his car, got in, and started driving back to the dorm. After a bit of driving, he arrived at the bottom of the building and saw Mingi by the door. Mingi immediately saw the car and hurried inside.

"Hi Hyung! Thank you again!... So, we have a bit less than 30 minutes, so we have to hurry. I already typed in the address."

"Perfect, then let's go."

20 minutes later, they arrived at the photo shoot spot. Today would be a little shoot for a brand called 'Nacific', which sells skin products. The shoot took place in a very cute floral environment. Mingi would have to pick his favorite product and pose with it.

The photo shoot went smoothly. The product he selected was a hyaluronic booster serum, so it fit perfectly well with his skin. But not only his skin looked awesome! His eyes were... beautifully sparkly during the shoot. They already were before, but... this time, during the shoot, he was looking at Yunho with his cute little puppy eyes. All the adoration both had for each other could be seen. And so, to immortalize the moment, Yunho quickly picked up his sketchbook and pencil and started sketching out the scene.

An hour later, the shoot was finished. And so was the drawing. As Yunho however was searching for Mingi after the shoot he only saw a sleeping Mingi, sitting in a chair, head resting on his arm on a table nearby. And at that exact moment, the revelation hit.

HE KNEW. HE KNEW WHAT TO GIVE MINGI.

He had to leave. But before that, he had to say goodbye to Mingi. However, as he was asleep, Yunho didn't want to wake him up, so he looked around: no one was in the room. He then looked to Mingi again. Hingi had his eyes closed, his lips in a little pout and a bit of blush of his cheeks. And so, not being able to hold himself back anymore, he bent down and kissed Mingi's cheek, then quickly whispering "Goodbye~".
