Amy's life was everyone's dream. Living in a large house, nice cars, just the best of the best of everything. She had it all yet she stayed humble and kind. Though her parents spoiled her with many things she appreciated the work they did to get the gifts. This always made her mother proud and happy to have such a selfless daughter. Everything was looking good for the young pink hedgehog until a month after she turn 17. Her mother tragically passed away in a plane crash coming home from a business trip. Amy and her father's lives were shattered when they received the news. Amy mourned her mother yet her father quickly moved on and remarried two months before her 18th birthday. Her stepmother Vixen was a red Fox with blue eyes and was very beautiful. Amy recognized her as her father's assistant from his job and he finally admitted he been seeing her for a year before her mother died. This angered Amy but she was still going through college and had no other family to go to so she accepted it. Vixen had a sighted too named Fiona and she was a copy of her mother but the complete opposite of Amy. She was spoiled, selfish, and greedy.
Fiona even ruined Amy's 18th birthday party and Amy's father didn't do a thing to stop her from damaging her dress, cake, and gifts. Amy so called friends joined laughing with Fiona and Amy ran out of the party. Her life became hell but manage to escape her life with her father and stepfamily and went to college where she met Scourge  who came from a well known rich family and the two started to date. Soon he proposed to her on her 21st birthday and she of course said yes. Finally her life started to get better by graduating college, engaged and moved into their first home. Now it was time she introduced her family to her soon to be family.

She'll soon realize this would be a big mistake.
