It was evening, and Dad had returned from his morning work, preparing to have his evening work done. I ran upstairs as fast as possible to check whether Mackenzie had finished eating the chicken pasta I left on the table.

And indeed, I met her lying on the  bed fast asleep. I pushed the table to check if she was just pretending, but it was true.So I changed her dress and wore her assassin attire and left with Dad .Mackenzie was a talker more than I was, so Dad suspected me and asked for the pass code.Oh no,I would have been in trouble if I had not checked the pocket of Mackenzie's dress .37361919,I said, and my dad gave me thumbs high.

You know Mackenzie had short-term memory because of the accident she had some time ago.

My mouth sagged at once at what he said. Oh, sh*t I could not ask why because I guess he had explained this to Mackenzie already.
       Ready,load ,aim,shoot he said as if we we were acting RRR.I  intentionally missed the target, causing awareness.

Jasper, fire the gun, I heard Mr Igor shout .Yes, father, he said. So he's not Felix. Maybe his twin brother .

Run Mackenzie, run dad said. And before I could analyse anything, the gun had pierced through my  leg and down I was.I had no option to hold that leg and  leep towards where dad was.You hurt yourself Mackenzie, now we have to let Madison join our group. No,father ,I said.

She's.......  before I could say a word, I vomited all I ate this morning .You're sick too,no I said firmly,just help me take of this bullet from my body.

He obeyed, and we left back to the house. To my outermost shock and dismay,Mackenzie had woken up and had a fire blazing in her eyes. Gosh,Felix had assured me that she would gain consciousness tomorrow. But....
        Yes, dad Madison disguised herself as me.

Thank goodness she's OK, I had gone outside to buy her some drugs since she vomited.But I came to meet Mackenzie rather. I am sorry, I said , feeling dizzy once again.

The next day was very magnificent and fresh because of the aroma of the baked cookies. I rose out from bed, checking the time, and I felt very sick again .I  pretended like I was OK and headed for the bathroom . I think  you need to take a pregnancy test. Mum said .No, I was only feeling dizzy because of the blood loss from  my leg. I said.

Don't try to outsmart me, I went through all this when you were in my womb.

I don't know, but for some reasons I remembered the first day  at Felix's house. I hope that he was telling the truth that day,I was not ready to become a mother,I had more serious stuff to deal  with .

You dare  not talk when I talk, I heard dad shouting at someone in his bedroom.

Who was it.That reminds me, yesterday, Madison sent me some messages. I had to check..........

After 5 minutes of reading, the message sent chills down my spine and nothing else. I had a twin brother called  Jasper and never knew about it(a  knock at the door). Come in , "I whispered .

Felix, he mentioned my name with so much authority.

I want you to get married. OK,I said. It's really easy since I've got Madison in mind .Before I suggested whom I wanted to marry, dad interrupted.

You would marry Jennifer from your school. His dad is a family friend. He's also rich.No way,this man didn't have a good taste ,....and that's next week, he added. Just when  he ended his speech, my  door  banged wide open, and there  she was with her family. What did they want here,and why did Mackenzie and her parents have wild eyes looking more at me.Why was Madison in bandage and wore a confused look on her face?

I felt like bringing out the truth  from my mouth, but I  paused and continued to lie.

Yes, I  slept with her that night .I am the cause for her situation. I felt so sorry for Madison  upon seeing  her collapse on hearing what I said. I rushed to help Mackenzie carry her to my couch.

I'm so proud of you, Mackenzie , "her dad said, and they left.What about Madison?She's your duty now," Mother said calmly beside me.Such a shame  dad also said and left.

You're responsible for this innocent girl's situation?Yes, I  said firmly. Then,make sure she's fine,take care, she said .Honestly, I never wanted you to marry that hot-headed Jenny. I love you, mum, "I said to her.

After some minutes, Madison's eyes opened wide as she saw me staring at her.

Are you OK, Dysonbae?Yes, she said  a bit confused .You lied to your dad?Yes, because I didn't want to marry Jenny.He was just discussing that when you guys bagged in.So what if it's not true then......I would make it true. Right now, dad has asked me to leave this house, and your parents have left you for me. All I need you to do is..........
