What if ghost was adopted into the uzumaki-namikaze family and was neglected for his silings menma and mito while him and his step-sister naruko was forgotten.
Ship Ghost x Naruko x Kushina
Currently at the namikaze residences we see one girl and one boy in the backyard training with their parents on chakra control. The female had long red hair with purple eyes being the mini version of her mom. The boy was like a splitting image of his dad with his yellow hair with bangs on each side of his face, the only difference between the two was their eyes, the young boy had purple eyes while his dad had blue eyes.
While the four of them were training we see a boy and a girl sitting in their rooms together watching from a window. The boy had black and pink hair with blue eyes.

The female had long blond hair that was in pit tails with cerulean blue eyes.
Flashback no jutsu
7 year's ago there was an attack on the leaf village that everyone in konoha would never forget. This was that day that ghost and naruko were born. We see 2 woman screaming in a cage giving birth to their children.
A few minutes later there would be a giant fox attack konoha. There would be screams and fire spreading around the village.
"Kushina, minato please take care of my son, I will seal half of the soul into our children and the rest back into kushina" a female stated looking at her friends.
"Rose you can't do this, what about your son!" kushina yelled to her friend.
"I would love to be there when he grows up but I just can't do it, he needs love and a father figure in his life and I won't be able to give him either, I was gonna die today anyways so let me protect you your family and my son one last time" the female now named Rose stated to kushina.
With that being said rose preformed the reaper death seal and put the nine tails soul in her son and naruko while putting the chakra back into kushina so she can survive. After the process rose would stumble over to her son with the help of a weak kushina.
Once arriving to her son she had sat down and was holding her son who was sleeping in her arms.
"Remember Ghost you are precious and don't let anyone tell you otherwise, please grow up to protect the one's you love and make sure not to eat junk food, and also please don't cause kushina and her family any problems. I love you" Rose stated as she took her final breath and died while holding Ghost.
Kushina had felt a but saddened by her friend death but took her words to the heart and promised to take care of Ghost.
2 year's later kushina had given birth to two more twins being Menma and Mito. Being exact images of kushina and minato just Menma and mito had purple eyes. Once the family got home jiraiya would tell both minato and kushina about the child of prophecy.
"Wait so you're telling me that you think it's Menma and Mito, I'm not saying it's not them but they're younger than both naruko and ghost" kushina asked looking at the group.
