Prologue
Christmas Eve 2011.
Elise and I are sitting on our red leather sofa watching the snow drift down from above. I was sitting on the sofa thinking about my X Factor experience. To my right there was seven pictures of my mum and I.
My mother was an amazing women who had blue eyes like the sea and long curly brown hair who had fought of breast cancer. She had started raising money for Cancer Research by running marathons. I walked over to the pictures of my mum and stood there and stared. Elise walked over to me.
"Hey what are you thinking"
" last year on the x factor and everything that happened"
" I know it was a huge year that changed our life's but we need to try and think it in a positive way .... "
