The prophecy was set. Zelda and Link were the ones to seal calamity Gannon, with the help of the champions and you. You played an important role, you were the swordswoman who had the blood of a sage, and you would put a spell on your sword and stab calamity Gannon to make it easier for link and Zelda to seal him faster. You were informed of your role when you were 9 years old, the would train you for 10 years before you were sent to Hyrule Castle to be near the princess in case of the calamity arrives early. You were made the top general to the king and princess Zelda
Present day
You bowed down to the king "Your majesty, we have news from the Rito Village. Champion Revali has informed us that there Divine Beast Vah Medoh is working properly and that it would be ready for battle when the time comes. The same goes for Champions Urbossa and Daruk, Divine Beasts Vah Nahboris and and Vah Rudania are ready. As for champion Mipha her and Divine Beast Vah Ruta, they have been ready" you informed the king. The king smiled slightly "Thank you, y/n. You have been very helpful in helping us prepare for the calamity" the king said descending the stairs from his throne. You still bow your head to the king until he speaks "Head up y/n. If I understand today is your birthday and you're turning twenty. Am I right?" the king asked. You nodded your head to the king. A servant gave him a box that looked long. The king gave you the box for you to open "I figured it's the least we can do for you since you've been loyal to us for a year and you've been so helpful. Consider it a birthday gift and a reward" the king said as you take the box. You opened the box to find a beautiful sword that had the name Hylia engraved on it. You smiled and looked at the king "Thank you your majesty. I will wield this in battle proudly" you said sheathing the sword.
Timeskip because I'm too lazy :p
You were in Rito Village sitting next to Revali. Although he was the sassiest of the champions you two got along well, both of you had to work super hard to get where you are now, and he respected you for that. You glanced and Revali "So you ready for the calamity?" you asked him while making a flower crown. Revali smirked "Of course I am. I'll strike that terrible beast down and then people will see how great I am" Revali said while watching you make the flower crown. Revali watched and then looked at you "You're nervous, aren't you?" you chuckled still working on the flower crown "How'd you guess?" you said with a hint of amusement and nervousness. Revali smiles slightly "I've known you long enough to know that when you are nervous, you make flower crowns" you smile "Well you aren't wrong" you say putting finishing touches on the flower crown. Revali frowns slightly "Why are you nervous? Weren't you trained for ten years on how to use your powers and swordsmanship?" Revali asked with concern in his voice. You finished the flower crown and place it in your lap "I'm nervous because I'm afraid that we won't be enough when the time comes. Even though we prepared so much. It could cost so many lives" you say, your voice wavering a bit. Revali puts his wing on your shoulder trying to provide comfort "Hey we'll do great and this calamity won't stand a chance against us" you smiled at his words, you then place the flower crown on him and leaned on his shoulder "Thank you, Rev" Revali smiled "No problem n/n" he said as he leaned against your head.
Timeskip to when Zelda comes out of the spring of wisdom
As you came down with Link and Zelda to tell the others that it didn't work and her sealing powers didn't unlock, you can see the worry on the faces of the champions except Revali. As Zelda told everyone it didn't work everyone supported her saying that it will come to her eventually. Mipha was giving advice when the ground shook. Revali flew up to see the calamity forming around the castle. As Revali flew down you looked at him, your hand on your blade "Is it here?" you ask him. Revali turns to you "I'm positive it is" Zelda's eyes widen "The calamity it's here" she says her voice sounding shook.
Timeskip to when they get cornered by guardians
Y/n's Pov
The calamity had come and everything went wrong. The calamity took over the guardians and the divine beasts. We had no way of knowing if the champions or even the king were alive. Mipha, Urbossa, Daruk and Revali they all were in their divine beasts when the calamity took them over. I'm worried about Mipha the most, she's a healer not a fighter. My mind keeps on wondering to the conversation me and Revali had the day before "Don't worry about me n/n, I'll be fine. This calamity could never take my life away, I'm far to strong for it to even come close. I promise I'll be safe, for you" that was the last real conversation we had. My thoughts are interrupted by the sight of a guardian. I knew Link couldn't keep it up, neither could I. Both of us were at our limits already, we can't go on much longer. Link and I stumbled, but we got up to fight the guardian. The guardian had locked on fully when suddenly we saw a flash of light. I saw Zelda standing in front of us with her hand out, her hand had the tri force, she had done it. Link and I fell to the floor the last thing I saw was the look of worry on Zelda before I passed outZelda's Pov
Link and y/n had passed out. I felt helpless. Suddenly a voice calls out to me, it came from the master sword. Mother told me about how there was a spirit inside the master sword I didn't know that was true until now. The spirit told me to take Link to the Shrine of Resurrection. The spirit told me that for y/n to open a portal for her, where she lands someone would take care of her until she came back to fight the calamity. I felt unease at leaving y/n with some strangers but I trust the spirit. I open the portal and y/n falls through. I look at Link "You and y/n are our last hope"
