*Aphmau's POV*

I mutter to myself, 'Cheers to my first day,' as I step into the massive building looming ahead. As soon as I enter, I am bombarded by a sea of people flowing in every direction, making me feel overwhelmed. I realize that I haven't dealt with this many people in a while, and my people skills may plummet if I try to talk to anyone. So, I keep my head down and try to find my way out of this monstrous crowd to the office my mum had mentioned to me a couple of days ago. I don't mean to push and shove, but navigating through this crowd feels like a nightmare. I stood still for a moment and looked around, searching for any signs to guide me. However, I felt lost and didn't want to get into trouble for being lost. I took a deep breath and looked down at my feet for a moment before hurrying off towards my designated destination. Suddenly, I collided with a boy who had hair as white as ice and eyes that were a flourishing green colour, much like an emerald.

"Ouch! Watch where you're going," he exclaimed as he fell back and landed on his tailbone.

I stumbled back for a moment before I realized what I had done. I walked up to him and said, "Oh my God, I'm so sorry. I had no idea you were there." I held out my hand, and he took it. As he stood up straight, his hair fell between his eyes, which made my stomach churn. Not in a bad way, but in a good way. He was really tall too, kind of towering over me, considering I'm a short potato.

"Are you okay?" I asked with concern.

"Yeah, I'm fine," he replied with a smile.

*Travis's POV*

After Katelyn walked away from me because my rizz was too unmatched for her, I ended up walking towards Teonie and her group since I had no one else to talk to (I have no friends). As I was strutting past them, I accidentally bumped into a short freshman girl and fell back, landing on my tailbone. Although I winced in pain and noticed a few people staring, my ego was more wounded than my tailbone. The girl was very anxious and spoke very fast, like in that one Eminem song.

I asked her, 'Are you okay?'. She nodded in embarrassment, and I could tell by her facial expression and the reddening of her face.

"Hey there, sweetheart. I know I'm an attractive guy, but if you're interested, you don't have to keep staring. Just ask for my number," I said with a playful wink.

*Aphmau's POV*

Oh my gosh! Did he seriously just ask me that? I can feel my heart racing and I'm afraid I might start drooling. Oh no, there goes my quirkiness. I should have been paying attention. I hate how I'm always like this. As these thoughts are racing through my mind, I realize that the guy in front of me has placed his hands on my shoulders.

*Travis's POV*

"You need to calm down; you're looking redder than a tomato, and that's saying something," I said jokingly.

"Excuse me?" she spoke furiously.

I laughed at her witty remark. I couldn't help but acknowledge how funny the situation was. She was pretty cute, but I didn't expect to run into someone like her during my first week of school.

"Please calm down, it was just a joke."

"Oh, yeah really?" she said as she rolled her eyes..

"Yeah, really. I'm sorry for what I said earlier. I'm practicing my rhymes for this attractive lady."

She giggled after staring at me briefly, then blushed.
