We were restless all night long

We were restless all night long. Kept waking up suddenly and then accidentally waking up the other. By morning we were exhausted but we still looked better than Tobias, Pia or especially Christa did. Christa had cried throughout the night and her eyes were bloodshot and swollen.

Aron popped by the other side of the class room and spoke with Ollie who I saw would just laugh and shake his head while chatting. I couldn't make an effort to get up from the warm sleeping bag and just sat there staring until I had to get up and escort Pia and Christa to the bathrooms so we could freshen up as they said.

The youth worker came to tell us that Matt wouldn't be joining us today to the fairground and had asked to be left alone. So she had to stay behind with him, of course she couldn't leave him alone for real. Our group was introduced to the youth worker of Ollie's group and we headed over to the buses. We head out to breakfast. Everyone except for Christa were starving. I didn't know how to make her feel better. There was no way to really. Her boyfriend had been obsessing over another girl and I bet I was the last person she wanted to hang around with.

I mean if it were me in her place, I would have punched me.

It turned out to be true and she made a spot for herself with other girls from their class. It was just us four and finally we could have fun!

And we did. We listened to music, we made art, we hung out with other teenagers and we all had a laugh. All day long.

The weekend went by fast and soon we found ourselves from the bus. Late Sunday evening driving back home.

The last concert had all the bigger name bands (we had learnt) on it and we were all euphoric as we sat down into the bus. The lights were dimmed so people could rest and the music was quiet so they did not get disturbed.

Is this love that I'm feeling
Is this the love that I've been searching for
Is this love or am I dreaming

This must be love
'Cause it's really got a hold on me
A hold on me

Whitesnake - Is This Love plays from the bus speakers as Aron turns to me from his seat and looks at me deep into my eyes.

"Thank you." His words drop silently into the air between us. I lean my head onto the bus seat and smile,

"For what?" He sighs and rubs his chin just looking at me.

"For you." He simply says and leans forward,

"Come here." He pats his lap and I climb on. To be young and flexible again. He glides his fingers through my hair and leans his head back on the seat. I see Pia and Tobias smooching on the other side of the aisle. I cock my head and look at him madly,

"Oh?" Aron just smiles at me as I bend over him, adjust myself so that I sit astride on his lap. He puts his hands on my waist and feels me up, sliding his fingers under my shirt and leaning closer. We watched each other and I remember how happy I was. I was in the arms of a boy I loved and I could see he loved me back

I can't stop the feeling
I've been this way before
But, with you I've found the key
To open any door
I can feel my love for you
Growing stronger day by day
An' I can't wait to see you again
So I can hold you in my arms

Aron leans closer to me and presses his lips gently on mine, looking for a kiss. His lips hang in front of mine and I tilt my head slightly so I can kiss him. Our tongues are entwined and I feel how my nipples grow harder as his fingers slide higher under my shirt. I feel his whole body is shaking under me as he is trying to control himself. I knew if he could he would have taken me right there and then. I felt he was ready under me and me rubbing against him wasn't helping his cause. He moaned softly into my ear while gritting his teeth.

"You drive me insane. Please, stop... No... Yes, we must." He whimpers and lifts me up so that he can push his face into my chest and rests his forehead against my breasts.

"You can't do that. Not here." He moans and breathes deeply to calm down. I smile and slide off from his lap, cuddling under his arm instead.

"I love you so much." Aron says and I know it was not just me who heard it that time.

We managed to catch some sleep on the bus. We stopped only once as there were no 24hr gas stations back then and the ride was calm, quiet.

It was well past midnight when we arrived at our church's parking lot with parents waiting for us. And we saw Matt for the first time in two days. He was standing in the middle of the parking lot, lighting up a cigarette. I remember Aron stopping on his tracks as we were meant to walk by him to get to my home.

"Just walk, don't engage." I try to murmur but Aron just takes off and rushes toward the guy. Tobias catches the situation and steps in between Aron and Matt before Aron even gets half way. That boy could run!

"Don't do anything stupid." Tobias says between his lips that hold a cigarette.

"He pisses me off." Aron growls as I get next to them.

"I know and he knows it. He is expecting you to attack. C'mon, go home with your girl. I'll see ya tomorrow at school." Tobias pushes us aside and awaits for us to go. I didn't say a word during the walk home, I knew he was fuming with anger. I knew he didn't want to talk it through, there was no point. The guy had crossed a limit and there was nothing I could do to make it better. It was just a volcano ready to erupt.

Some of you might be wondering at this point how I was such a reasonable teenager. The puberty had hit me quite mildly. Except for the tremendous sex drive.

Soon for various reasons puberty would hit me hard. Just watch. Or... Read.
