The baby was born to Mary and Joseph. They rejoiced in the successful birth of their son, especially since the medicine wasn't so good back then and the barn would hold all kinds of germs. Mary might get an infection and die a long, slow and painful death, but who cares, she just produced the thing that would be humanity's salvation (and by Satan's ass do they need it). They "swaddled" him in linen cloth and they could have kept him in their arms, he'd certainly stay warmer and stop him from crying and waking EVERYBODY up, but no, they put him in a manger, also known as a feeding trough, where there was straw with animal saliva and bugs on. Honestly what were they thinking?

Sorry I had to do it in two parts. I hate it as much as you do. The notes I got from Jim's parents, which has what he said on it, comes on two pieces of paper and I lost one. Brb.
