Angelica:
Angelica snickered at the drawing and wiped the tears from her face.
"Thank you Nahida, this means a lot." Angelica smiled brightly.
"It's not a problem, you're very important if The Fatui are after you," Nahida stated, turning and walking away to dive into research.
Angelica thought about following Wanderer to the marked place but decided against it since she didn't want to disturb him.
Sighing she looked around and noticed how intricate this place was, her eyes widened in amazement. Stroking the walls of the sanctuary, gliding them over the carvings, taking in the beauty.
After an hour or so of looking around, she started to get bored, turning back to Nahida she spoke.
"I think... I'm going to head out. I won't go into the city but I might go explore areas I haven't been."
Nahida with her eyes closed in 'information gathering' concentration smiled and nodded, "Alright, but please be careful."
Angelica nodded before realising Nahida couldn't see it so quickly answered "Of course," before leaving through the tall white doors and stepping into the warm sun.
Nahida giggled knowing full well where she was going.
Angelica took in a big breath of fresh air before looking around and lifting off into the air. She had to get above the clouds to stay hidden from the view of the people. Flying above the clouds, her wings basking in the wind that flowed and pushed against her feathers lifting her higher into the blue ocean. The cool air hitting her face made her luscious-long hair dance in the wind as she headed in the direction where Wanderer would be.
She had to admit that he intrigued her quite a bit, his grumpiness at times didn't bother her too much to her surprise. She wanted to know more about him, his story, though Angelica figured, It would be a bit of a chore to get him to say anything.
Continuing to traverse through flight, she eventually found the place, and from what she remembered of the map... She mimicked a Kamera lens with her fingers and squinted through the square gap from above before smiling, "Found it".
She flipped mid-air, closing her wings tightly together as she dived, down, down until springing her wings apart before the ground causing a ripple through the atmosphere and breezy disturbance to the grass.
Proud, she landed softly on the green sea and scanned her surroundings looking for a certain someone.
She spotted him.
Wanderer lay asleep under a tree in the shade.
Careful not to wake him, she tip-toed to him, wincing at the slight rustle of grass wouldn't wake him and stared, cocking her head to the side. He looks... so peaceful when he sleeps, she tittered softly from how exhausted he must have been and she found it... cute.
Taking her gaze off Wanderer and onto the ground, she spotted a large piece of wood that had broken off one of the trees.
She picked it up, inspected it, and she smiled to herself.
This would be a good opportunity to do some wood carving. Living in the forest all her life brought her certain skills to keep her occupied.
Sitting down next to Wanderer she pulled out a small carving knife from her bag and started to carve while he slept.
