"William, do you know why you're down here?" assistant principle, Mrs. Jonson asked Will from the other side of the wall.
"Yes." I never thought you could hear an eye-roll, but here we are.
"Why in god's name do you think it would be okay to assault Hannah?" she screamed.
"Oh, I don't know, maybe because she STOLE MY CAR KEYS!" What a stupid argument. She stole his keys, he assaulted her, like, dude! They're both getting arrested anyway. I knew I was only here to learn more about the incident, but it didn't stop me from being salty about it. I didn't even care in the first place, it was Jenna who told me to find out. Jenna was a girl in ALL my classes, so I was always around her. We eventually became friends when she started asking me about stuff. Like, "What happened with John and Casey," or, "Are Lily and Max still dating?" I was basically just there to tell her stuff. I heard the bell ring and frantically ran to English class, Jenna there waiting for me.
"So, what happened?" she whispered as I sat down.
"He assaulted her 'cause she stole his car keys," I sighed. She giggled.
"Dude is always getting himself into trouble. isn't he," she laughed, probably a little too loud. He wasn't, he was trying to get back stolen property, I thought. I hated Hannah. She was a brat, a pick-me, and a teacher's pet. Everyone was tired of her. Except Jenna. For some reason, Hannah got her a boyfriend in second grade, which she is STILL thankful for. They broke up in A WEEK! Fucking idiot. I put my hood up and started doodling to try and get my mind off both of them. Doodling was my way out. I felt like I was in my own world, where no one could bother me. I drew what I saw. Skyscrapers, aliens, cute cats, planets, and forests. RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!
I looked up to see everyone leaving the room, causing me to shoot up while carrying my stuff. I ran to my next class. Science. Again, I sat in my seat doodling, not paying attention. My teachers always scold me for not paying attention, but they praise me for always getting an +A on my assignments. It makes no sense to me. RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING! Finally, the lunch bell. When I got to the lunch room, Jordan's face lit up, and she waved me over, Jenna and Tiffany rolling their eyes. I knew they secretly hated me, but I didn't want to tell them. They were really my only friends other than Jordan. "Hey Babe!" she shouted from ten feet away.
