I was stood at the bar in the hotel, cleaning some glasses when I saw Niffty running around with her needle chasing bugs. I smiled and watched her for a few minutes.

As I watched Niffty, I didn't even realise that Angel had walked in. I jumped slightly when Angel said my name.

"Husk?" Angel started, annoyance clear in his voice. "Get me a drink. A strong one!" He said.

As much as I dislike Angel, I had to admit, he looked like shit. My tail twitched in irritation. "The fuck happened to you?" I asked, trying to make sure I didn't miss the glass as I poured Angel his drink.

I could have sworn I saw something red stained on Angels wrist fur when he grabbed his drink, but I didn't bring attention to it. Instead I just made sure Angel didn't down the drink.

"Angel, slow down.." I said, almost sounding worried or cornered. "No, leave me the fuck alone!" He retaliated, then stood up and left.

I sighed and grabbed the cup he left and went to clean it, I was about to clean it when I saw something on the side. It was something red smudged on the side of the glass.  I stood and inspected it when Charlie and her girlfriend Vaggie came through the door. I stopped looking at the glass and put it down, deciding to look at it later.

"Husk! Why are you still up?! It's almost midnight!" Charlie asked, concerned. "I'm just about to go upstairs, just have to do something first." I replied. "Ok! Just don't stay up too long!" Charlie said, her voice practically filled with sparkle.

I picked the glass up, cleaned it and put it back. Then i went upstairs to Angels room waited outside the door for a while, listening.

While I was listening, I didn't hear much at first but then after a while I heard Angel's voice, it was muffled, but it was definitely Angels voice.
